"Honestly, I don't know how they make a profit here. They serve up some great portions and the chicken is cooked to perfection. We've tried the Garlic and Furikake chicken, and they were both delicious. Make sure you order ahead because they get busy in there. Their mac salad is "different" as they use spaghetti noodles and tuna, which is a nice twist and i really like their pickled cabbageThey fill the to go box so full, the lid pops open. Super generous portions for the reasonable price."

"Wow, what a surprise for me. I pass here all the time and finally made a stop to give it a try.The atmosphere was cozy and had a relaxing feel.I saw the owner, he was giving a little history of his restaurant to a customer. The cashier was very pleasant and gave her recommendations to try the half chicken because it came with dark and white meat.I got to say it was super good! I had a choice of starch which I chose white rice and two choices of sauce BBQ and a Teri sauce. Both had a unique taste of its own.I can't wait to come back and try different items. What a great experience."

"Came here for dinner because the line at Marugame was too long haha. Inside is pretty rundown, but they have lots of cute drawings on the wall (some of which kinda look like they came from the same person which is fine but feels a bit fake...). Service was fast but not super attentive. We ordered the garlic chicken wings, mul naengmyeon, tteokguk, kimchi pajeon, and fried mandoo. Wings were nice and crispy, probably the best thing along with the tteokguk which was also quite good! The naengmyeon tasted like it was from a pack, and fried mandoo seemed to be frozen. The pajeon was fine. Overall food is really meh here, but I guess it's nice to have a Korean option in Waikiki."

"My first time trying jollibee & I loved the chicken! 10/10 for the spicy chicken! It was fresh, hot , crunchy & delicious! Dip it in the gravy, even more tasty. The adobo rice was decent, it's even better if you put the gravy on it. The shop is small & located in the ala Moana mall. The service was mediocre, they itemize everything & it was pricey. The chicken tenders & fries we ordered had like zero seasoning on them which was kinda disappointing. Then our drink carrier was defective and spilled our drinks all over the floor which was frustrating. The younger worker was nice enough to replace them for me though. Nice kid. Overall I recommend the chicken & I'll be back for it."

"Finally got to try overlord chicken, and it was delicious! Service is great, and if you like mala (numbing) spice, you'll love their noodle/dry pot selection. The chicken is also very tender, breaded lightly, and crispy. The beef noodle soup is delicious and gets spicy if you want it to be, and the veggies & noodles are authentic. The only comment is the beef cuts weren't the best and were more tendony, but if you like that then you will love the beef noodles. Inside has limited seating but it moves pretty quickly. Parking is tougher but you can find some around the neighborhood."

"I'm not too chicken to give a restaurant a second chance and I'm glad I did because this place is peck-tacular! After a rough first visit during the soft opening, I visited this place again and was pleasantly surprised.For the food, I had popcorn chicken, waffle fries, and the shrimp sandwich. Notwithstanding my large size, I know my way around shrimp. The shrimp sandwich here is really good! The patty is filled with shrimp and has a nicely golden brown breading. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and a delicious sauce. This is the best shrimp sandwich I've ever had!The popcorn chicken is also clucking delicious. It comes with an orange sauce that is similar to the rest of the flock of chicken restaurants. The waffle fries have really leveled up since my last visit and are now worth waffling over. Located in the same shopping center as Diners/Upscale, a visit Uncles should satisfy all of your greasy desires."

"So I guess you saw my attempt (last week) when I was attempting to get my Garlic Chicken fix @ K & K Kitchen but totally failed!What a difference a week makes, as today I was successful!!! Yay me! Lol!I had bookmarked this joint called - "T & L Market" in Kalihi, because after seeing the pics of da grindz from a few of my Yelp buddies, I told myself that I should check this place out one day.While doing some online training modules in my office, when lunch time rolled around, I told my coworker if he like check out T & L Market?I'd figure if I took my friend with me, if I could not find parking, I would have my friend drive my car around the block a few times while I ran inside to pick up some lunch time grindz for both of us.I guess the parking gods were lookin' out for me, because when I got to T & L Market, someone had just pull out of the parking lot, so I swooped into the parking space! SCORE!!!Upon walking into the joint, the menu is posted on the wall. There were several fixed plate lunch menu items, or if you want to make a custom plate for yourself, they had a lot of ala carte daily items (see my take out menu pic I posted).Don't want a plate lunch? I also noticed this business sold some bakery items (not sure if they make the pastries themselves, or if they catered it in), candy, & drinks.Although T & L Market is known for their noodles & fried chicken, I opted for the Garlic Chicken Plate because I didn't get my garlic chicken fix last week, and I was so craving for my garlic chicken. For $12.00 smackaz, I got two scoops white rice, a scoop of mac salad, & a whole bunch of boneless garlic chicken.My friend opted for the Mini Garlic Chicken Plate ($9.00) which was the same as my plate, minus a scoop of white rice, and maybe a little less garlic chicken.What can I say about the grub?The food here was pretty good, but not great. The Garlic Chicken marinade was different from what I would get from Sugoi's or K & K Kitchen. The garlic marinade was not as garlicky, or sweet, but some folks like it like that. As for me, I just LOVE Sugoi's garlic chicken marinade, so you probably know which I would prefer. Overall, the prices here are very reasonable, and for what you pay, and what you get, I must say it's DEALAGES Yo!The next time I come here, I will try their noodles & fried chicken, because after all, if you check out all the pics from this business, you'll see a lot of noodles & fried chicken pics! Lol!"

"I love Korean fried chicken but I was the only person in my group that had it. I purchased one plate to share with the family. After one wing they quickly went back to order more to eat and then some to go for later. The service was good. The staff were friendly and the food came out piping hot. This location is on the second floor of the HMart amongst several other eateries in the food court. After you order and pay, you are given a ticket with a number. You can go sit with your party and wait for your number to be called over a PA system that announces the restaurant name and ticket number. Public Bathrooms in their area require a code (5678) that someone from another restaurant was kind enough to share with us. I wouldDefinitely go back and enjoy additional flavors of chicken. Ain't nothin but chicken wing!"

They will investigate. The service is super friendly and helpful.And the food is so good, it's going to be one of my regular spots when I'm in this neck of the woods and craving some sweet potato fries +$1 and chicken, which is fresh natural premium chicken which is not frozen, hormone and injection free.
