She said it was probably the best lobster benedict she's ever had.I opted for the Braised Beef Loco Moco hearty chunks of braised shortribs over fried rice, topped with tasty brown gravy and two eggs any style. This was also excellent, although not quite as good as the lobster bene."

"I'm so glad I found this place. Located in Manoa, it's a great little spot for your morning caffeine and breakfast. There's some parking in the lot or some street parking out front. There was a decent line of maybe 10 ppl ahead of me but it moved fairly quickly and all the staff were great. There is a small corner counter with 4 stools but the rest of the seating is outside under their enclosed patio or the tables in the front parking lot. I snagged a counter spot inside after I placed my order. I didn't mind the long line because it gave me an opportunity to consider all the amazing food and drink options. I landed on a hot matcha latte with macadamia nut milk and Manoa honey. A beautiful cup of sweet and nutty goodness to start my day. I also got the strata (a really savory bread pudding with bacon, roasted shallots, garlic and aged cheddar). I should preface by saying I'm usually not a big fan of bread pudding, but if all bread puddings tasted like this, I would get it every time! It was divinely delicious. I also took a lilikoi honey butter biscuit to go. I usually like to add butter or honey to my biscuits so this biscuit was made for me! And who doesn't like passionfruit?"

Plenty of seating for both spots for all party sizes. Service was slammed but we were helped throughout our meal and our food came out fast.We shared Furikake Calamari as our appetizer which came with a sweet spicy sriracha sauce. It was good but I couldn't taste any furikake which I was excited about. To order, I had the Kalua Pork and Kale while she got the Orange Duck Confit. The portions were quite large and I had half of mine. The kalua pig was super tender and juicy. The kale was great and honestly tops the typical cabbage. My only wish was that there was more kale! You could choose two sides, I went with White Rice and Mac Salad. I'd pass on the mac salad as it was too creamy while the white rice was just too much. There are plenty of eateries in Kailua but if you're looking for a laid-back spot for any meal, Uahi Island Grill is a good option. They're situated off Aulike Street with parking in the neighborhood, we parked in the public lot across the street."

Maybe a good idea to call in to see if they can accommodate you. We were lucky to be seated and the server was incredibly nice. The pasta is good here, but the sides are what really made it to my core memory. I would come for the sides alone!!!!The highlights were the calamari fritti and fried mozzarella. I have never had calamari fritti like this before! The calamari pieces were soft and thick so you get a nice bite to them (but not the rubbery chew). The crispiness dipped in the provided sauce was chef's kiss!!!!!!The mozzarella sticks were out of this world!!!!!!! I have been wanting to try the viral chili's mozzarella sticks since they are rectangular so I am so glad they were like that here. Of course it is probably 100x better here since it's fresh! But because of the way it's cut, you really get a better ratio between the outer fried shell and the soft cheese. Usually my husband doesn't like eating mozzarella sticks and will limit himself to half but he had no problem eating all of this!"

We walked in and was greeted by a bright and lively coffee shop bustling with people. There are two levels with a number of tables available and more seating upstairs. They had really delicious looking line-up of fresh baked goods and a fairly wide and varied menu of beverages and food. From sandwiches and toasts, to bowls and sweet treats, they have a great selection of breakfast and brunch items. As for their coffee, it's all locally roasted and also had a pretty wide selection. From single brew pour overs to beverage specials like a cold brew float, there's something for everyone.As for me, I went with an iced German mocha which apparently combines espresso, chocolate, and other flavors to create a taste similar to German chocolate cake. It was perfect and I enjoyed sipping on it while hanging out in the shop.All in all, Morning Brew is cute and modern and makes for a great space to hangout and catch up with friends. I think it would also be a good spot for breakfast/brunch.It can get a little loud inside with all the patrons and felt pretty warm inside, but it did the job and would recommend a stop here."

The only thing that made it better was the eggplant caponata. I had to ask for tapatio to make it have a little more flavor. Fries were okay, not that crispy. - Steak Melt: Okay. The mushroom and the onions made it taste better, but again, no seasoning on the steak. - Big Breakie: Daughter loved the bacon and potatoes. I thought the bacon could've been cooked more. Sourdough bread was hard so she couldn't eat that and the eggs were a bit runny but very vibrant in color. Friend got the corn fritter and she said it had no seasoning either. Overall kinda disappointing. Expected more because all the food looked so aesthetic but most of them didn't have seasoning or flavor at all."

We also got the pulled pork tacos (7/10) & a 604 breakfast plate (choice of eggs, meat and starch) the outdoor patio seating was actually really nice. It's a spacious area that overlooks the 10th hole as well as a side view of the driving range. There was a private party area also located outdoors and it looked good for a party of 30-50 ppl give or take. The best part about seating outside was the refreshing cool trade winds. There was also a stage area for live bands and a decent size for a dance floor."

What makes it perfect is the sorbet texture to their acai. I prefer the icier texture over the smoothie texture. The fruit is super sweet and granola gives it the perfect crunch. Service/ambiance: service is standard and the ladies there are helpful and craft your items so delicately. There are tables inside to sit down at. Overall I recommend aloh for your acai bowl needs. It's one of my wife's favorites here on Oahu. One day we'll build enough courage to order something else on the menu :p"
