My daughter bought a new bedroom dresser from them. Their prices were competitive to other places that she looked at. She has bought items from them in the past and was happy with them. They deliver the dresser earlier than promised, calling be to be sure I would take an earlier delivery. They also let you track the progress of their truck. The dresser was wrapped in a blanket that was taken off when it was ready to be placed in the spot in the bedroom. Very please with the customer service.

My wife and I purchased a $3,000+ 5 piece sectional from Ashley Furniture. We have had the couch for less than two years and one of the frames is beginning to bow. We thought no big deal as it seems like a simple fix and we purchased an extended warranty along with Ashley Furniture's website stating a lifetime warranty.Come to find out CS WO is the franchisee for the stores in Hawaii and only cover any repairs for 1-year and the extended warranty they sold us for $300+ only covers stains from a 3rd party company in CANADA, who operates 6 hours ahead of HST and never returns your phone calls! Even their sales and customer service associates say its hard to get in touch with them...This company is ridiculous as they are charging a premium for their furniture and only cover 1-year of normal wear and tear on a piece of furniture that should last 5+ years. I could see if we had the couch for 7-years and they do not cover repairs but to say they can do nothing for a couch that we had for less than 2-years shows how much they actually care about customer service after they have your money.Let my mistake of buying from CS WO & Sons (Ashley Furniture, Red Knot, HomeWorld, Apt.) help you find a better company that will value you as a customer.

Delivery only! I scheduled delivery about four weeks ago for today (20 August 2021). On 16 August I received a text message with the date and a timeframe (a two hour window - 1030am to 1230pm) to confirm the delivery, which I did. I received another text message earlier this morning (at 0917 am) to notify me of that deliveries had started for the day and that my item would be delivered in the timeslot scheduled. At 1047am I received a call informing me that the delivery truck was about 10 minutes away. Shortly after the call, the delivery truck pulled up to my house. I was greeted by the driver who I asked which entrance would be best. There were two other workers, one of which the driver consulted with. They did a quick survey of both entrances then selected the best suited one. All three workers offloaded the item off the truck which was in two separate boxes. They wheeled the items inside on a dolly then carried them the rest of the way through the door. Once inside, they unboxed, assembled, and placed the couch where I asked them too. While two workers were doing the finishing touches, the other was hauling the boxes back to the truck. Once set up was complete, I signed a form indicating I did in fact receive my items. Delivery was prompt, within the timeframe reserved, and the workers were courteous. All workers wore masks for the duration of the delivery and they took their shoes off before entering without being asked. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves. Other than having to wait four weeks for the delivery, I everything else went well.

1-29-2021 We had purchased a creamish off-white colored sofa and upon delivery, while plastic was being removed during installation, a small darkish scuffed part on the Italian leather was noticed.One of the delivery men notated it and the next day I was contacted to either repair or replace the sofa. I chose to repair the slight blemish. It's been about 2 weeks and that new leather upholstery of a new car smell is still present on the sofa.I like how this company's follow up was timely and an appointment was set up by Aja to have a technician come out. Yesterday I got the 24 hour prior phone call for window of time to expect William. He said 9:30-11:30 a.m. will be there.Today at exactly 9:35 a.m. my cell sounds. William had pulled up into our driveway . He was friendly, took approximately half an hour to work on the spot. He went to work applying a few layers of his magic goods which he said wasn't for sale, had a heat gun, matched the color then sprayed on a sealant.He kept his mask on and we conversed about how his mask matched his maroon CS Wo uniform. The company is large: Home World, its affiliate Abode for delivery and Ashley repairs.Usually our fur baby is a frantic alarm sounding machine when a stranger enters but she was fine with William. He did such a professional repair job that it looks perfect now.

I have 2 gripes let me start with the 1st. I now call them CS WHOA! My friend and I just happened to buy leather couches delivered a day apart after putting 50% down on special order. We both paid for the balance over the phone and we unknowingly got billed for the Stain Service Plus -- my charge was $449.99 + tax or $471. We were both told about an extended warranty that we could decide later. In talking to Customer Service yesterday I was quite perplexed that you have to initial if you DO NOT want the extended warranty and it may be put on your invoice or something like a borderline deceptive business practice. I don't understand how they billed both of us for the extended warranty that we both did not intended to buy ADDED to our balance w/$169 Delivery. Since I paid over the phone I was not able to initial that I did NOT want the Stain Service Plus NOR was I asked or told I was being billed for it? Don't know how prevalent this billing practice is -- just that it happened to both me and a friend.Anyway HEADS UP if you don't want it you need to initial or you can get charged! It's referred to as 10 yr extended warranty by salespeople but read it is only 1 yr on remote & 5 yrs on mechanical -- not 10 yrs -- only on stains. It appears as Stain Service Plus on your invoice.I fixed that requested refund twice!! The 1st credit never went thru so they needed my card again -- after I asked why I had not received my refund hmmm?Now here is my real gripe! Natuzzi leather couch was delivered flawed w/headrest stuffing already starting to roll. Looked like a return or floor model -- but was told it is new. Received on Friday, March 3 & reported to Customer Service on same day. After waiting a week for a response I was losing my patience as nobody called me back in 7 days? Couch stuffing is so flawed on the left seat unit this is how it looks after 9 days of use with only my son ever sitting in it. For a $5,000 Natuzzi Leather couch it is falling apart already view photo defective Left side vs. Right?!?

This review is for Karen Kitazaki. I was visiting my parents on island and stopped in since we were remodeling our home. Karen was awesome since she asked us what type of style we liked and then made great suggestions on which pieces would work for our different spaces. It was so nice to get a designer's perspective and experience. Although we could not get all the pieces due to pricing, we did take note of all her recommendations. She took her time with us and truly cared. I highly recommend using Karen if you need someone to design your space and really don't know where to start.

In my opinion, this furniture store has the highest quality furniture on the island.It's on the Higher price spectrum, but I feel it has good value. There is quite a selection, and great customer service. I utilize the store for at least my main focal pieces.

Do not buy the warranty. No issues with my furniture but 600 later and the warranty people won't answer the phone or return calls. I have also tried to call the store but no return call from them either.

Disappointed in the lack of communication by this store. I purchased a dresser on July 18th and had a receipt for pickup on September 1st. On September 1st I reached out to the sale associate who told me he was "off and will check on it tomorrow." I called the store and was told "the manager is in a meeting and will call you back." The manager never called me back. Instead, the associate text messaged me that the new date was September 29th due to shipping.This is completely unacceptable. I do understand that shipping can be delayed. It's the lack of communication that is unacceptable. There is absolutely no way C.S. Wo found out on September 1st that the shipping was delayed. They either knew or should have known weeks ago and done their due diligence and notified me so that I could either cancel the order entirely or make other arrangements for my clothes knowing I would have to wait at least another month.This lack of communication shows complete lack of care for the customer after they've paid. They already have the money, so who cares, right? Well, I won't be coming back to this furniture store anymore, so you could say the lack of care is now reciprocated.
