Today is Monday, November 21, 2016.This situation has started this past Friday November 18, 2016. My family came home to a house flooded with raw sewage that was shooting out from our bathroom tub that was already overflowing with sewage, sewage shooting out from the toilet and was also leaking from under the toilet bowl. My manager was notified about this situation and her response was that she couldn't do anything until she can get her plumber to come out to the property. Til today, my home is flooded with raw sewage & my children who were exposed to this sewage in the house, my children got really I'll. I did what I had to do at that point to make sure my children were safe! Over the weekend I kept calling my manager, her phone was off, or she doesn't answer/return my calls. I have texted her as well, majority of the time, there is no response back from her. I also continually asked her if she could get my family in a safe home/hotel until she resolves this problem. She also had a plumber from Greeks Plumbing Services (The 1 and only guy that comes for the same problem). Problem wasn't fixed because he did nothing but walk around the yard and he left. Today I have been in contact with a lot of resources. Today I asked her again over and over since Friday, if she will put my family in a safe place being that this house is not livable with this flooding of raw sewage, she ended up being at the property with the same plumber and now with 1 added mechanic. I than asked her again about a safe place for my family, she than states that she needs to wait to get in touch with the owner of the homes who is in Georgia right now. Still not answering my question...also, the 6 house on the same property is all hooked up to 1 sewage! Seriously?! These homes were here before I was born, over 20 years, piping has not been changed since. I also asked her for the owners contact information to aware him of what's going on. She did not respond to me. I will not recommend C&C Realty Inc. To anyone. This landlord has been avoiding this situation from the start. It's a long story but I will NOT recommend services from this agency.

We were with a group and we stayed in the Turtle Bay condos for a week. We rented 3 Condos. The price and the location were excellent. We rented 3 units and each were clean and homey. The one I stayed in had able sleeping areas, plenty of kitchen appliances and comfortable furniture. The condos are within a gated community and have 24 hour security.I did not speak with the reservation staff but from what I gathered they were very accommodating and helpful.The only complaint from most in our group was the difficulty at times getting through the community gates. C & C reality only allowed us ONE gate key card per condo. In one unit we had 3 cars and had to share the key card. We had to do a lot of walking to give someone the key card who is at the gate waiting to come in. A gate access key punch code would be much easier. (ONE STAR WAS TAKEN AWAY DUE TO THIS ISSUE)

We recently stayed in #160 West - Upon arrival at our condo, the bathrooms had not been cleaned (urine pooled up on the side of the toilet), there was a used dental pick on the floor in the bedroom, a pile of red (jelly?) on the carpet in the downstairs bedroom, the pillowcase still had smeared makeup on it & stunk like body odor, and all of the counters seemed like they hadn't been wiped down at all. Also, the sliding door in the lanai was completely off track & we were constantly having to fix it. We paid a $250 cleaning fee, but it didn't seem like the unit had even been cleaned prior to our arrival & we had to clean up the prior guests' mess. They wouldn't refund any portion of this $250 charge because I hadn't complained earlier. They stated that "because the first mention of this was after your check out date, there will be no refund". Additionally, my credit card was charged an additional $1,350 that I didn't owe - we found out later that they had charged my credit card as payment for someone that was staying in the condo next door. (we got it refunded about 2 weeks later).I hate to complain, but all of these problems just kept piling up...

Absolutely ewwwww!! We stayed in one of their Kuilima west condo rentals. It was disgusting. The entire place smelled, the carpets were stained, nothing worked correctly: faucets drip, doors don't latch beds sag, the list goes on and on. The place was infested with roaches and other insects. The kicker was the permanent resident next door neighbor smokes the smelliest marijuana all day all night and it creeps into this unit. If you like smelling skunky cat piss you will be thrilled. The actual grounds have really nothing to offer and the entire place is lame. We stayed prior at Turtle Bay through another rental agency in Kuilima East and it was much nicer actually 1000% better than this dump.

We rented a 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath condo in the Kuilima Estates-to be exact 5 West very conveniently located near the Fazio hole #1 tee box/pro shop/Lei Lei's Restaurant. The rate was decent but they did not tell us the microwave, the a/c in downstairs bedroom, the dryer was broken (sopping wet towel was left in there--we did not test the washer), The unit was not clean/swept prior to our arrival, there was a partial roll of toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom--none in the upstairs bathroom. The telephone did not work so we could not buzz visitors in--very inconvenient to have to run out and let our guests in. Fridge was not cold enough, freezer was fine though. Unit was old and run down, like they never upgraded or renovated since it was built in 1973. Very inconsiderate not to let us know--we could've chosen a different unit or come prepared with toilet paper and food that didn't need to be heated up! We cooked all our breakfast food so we could heat up quickly the next morning before golf. Well, we did not have enough time to eat before golf so that breakfast food went to waste Last year we must've gone through a different rental company--I will definitely not go through C & C Realty. I have NOT heard back from them regarding my disappointment/complaint.

This place is disgustingly ridiculous. We got rudely yelled at by a boy cut haired woman security guard with glasses about my (6/8 yr old) girls making noise while playing in the pool. Mind you we live on the island just here on staycation in supports of my husbands golf tournament. She told us we cannot make noise because someone complained. Its 10:30am and noise is not allowed per security lady. This is total discrimination and I want everyone to know how bad we were being treated. she even cussed in front of my girls to us. Such great work ethics!!! Earlier before this occurred at about 9am she even gave us a hard time about playing tennis. I don't know if she is just having a bad day or it's because we are local but we calmly walked away the first time but when you mess with my girls you best believe I'll have a lot to say. Stay at the resort y'all at least you can make noise. Once is ok but a second time is unexceptable. #turtebaycondos #nicecondos #rudeemployees

Do not normally write reviews, but our weekend warranted writing a little something. First of all, they do not like to rent to locals, so if you are looking for a nice weekend on the North Shore, you may want to look elsewhere. Or, like me, you could be lectured 3 separate times about keeping the noise down before you even rent the condo! Her first words to me when I asked to rent a condo was, "I am wondering why you are coming up here?" We had even brought them a bunch of business to them the previous year for our wedding when we rented at least 15 condos for a week. Then when we got to our condo after another lecture about being quiet, there was demolition going on in the condo next to ours all day and starting again at 8:00am on Saturday. We were expected to be quiet and not disturb but they didn't consider maybe we would be disturbed by constant demolition next door. We also paid for an upgrade/updated kitchen and there were ants everywhere. We tried calling and emailing to switch condos due to the noise and ants but never even got a response not even an apology after we left. We had a good weekend with friends despite this and were not even noisy. It would've been nice to have been treated like the respectful paying adults we are.
