Re: Watch out when ordering Design GLASS for cabinet doors. William, President repeatedly said the EVERYTHING would be ready 6/29 Friday. But whomever measured the glass insert ordered it to small and tried to still pass it off by doing a botched job. We alerted them saying our guys could have been hurt and they blamed each other which is annoying. No Class!!We finally received our glass doors today 22 days after William's promised date. We prearranged our renovation for June 30, 2018 Saturday. My advice to you - Order earlier and constant calling will help you a great deal. Don't let them say OKAY okay make them pull up your order to confirm. They are LIARS.

We all know that when it comes to small renovations, drilling down can really be a challenge! Add to that, supply chain issues and scheduling work times can make you wonder if you'll ever find a hardworking crew to help you. I found C&C Cabinets fit my expectations and they will be my go-to company for future renovations. First of all, there was communication. I needed a surface top to complete a peninsula of a row of cabinets outside of the kitchen. Vivian and I texted often to coordinate choosing the slab. Secondly, I liked what they had in stock. I was shopping for quartz and couldn't find the pattern I wanted so I again chose granite. Regardless of the trends, I decided to respect the strength of granite, which I had installed in my kitchen two decades ago. I've never had to coat it or refinish it (like they always admonish about). And with all of its beauty and strength, it can also be a lot, lot cheaper than quartz!Thirdly, they had the right edges. Because I have grandchildren, I was looking for bull-nose rather than beveled edges. Again, going against the trend. But the fewer sharp edges the better, and safer!Lastly, their price point was the most reasonable whether you paid cash or charge. So I advise doing your homework before visiting them and knowing your questions! They are busy and work quickly.C&C Cabinets worked professionally and efficiently to measure and install my countertop. Their crew measured on Saturday and installed on Monday. It was a perfect installation! I've grown to trust their expertise to get the work done!I am not finished with our renovation yet, and I don't like taking pictures out of privacy for my tenants, but here are a few tactful photos to help visualize the work done. The service was good, I thought. The person who helped me was Vivian, and she understood what I wanted and helped me get an idea of costs, which is SUPER helpful. Their selection is better than Golden cabinets and Stone as C&C sell granites vs marble counters (which theirs is more expensive), and I was at least greeted and approved here at C&C. Great overall experience. Our set of cabinets with all the upgrades came out very affordable. We upgraded to granite countertops and our was still under budget. Our cabinets were ready in 3 days. Margaret is awesome, and I want to thank her for all her assistance. We had a layout and she walked us through some things that we didn't realize about the layout and cabinets. The were a few small hiccups with a couple of the cabinets, but Margaret was on it and resolved any issue we had right away. The customer service was top notch!

We got countertops for our kitchen and our wet bar area. We appreciate the no-nonsense, efficient, transparency from this place. Plus they have some decent products, especially for the unbeatable prices. What you see is what you get and you don't walk away feeling ripped off or up sold. You have to go into this knowing you aren't paying for high end custom stuff, so you can't nitpick about the imperfections. However, the over all end result was good for the price! These guys are so fast, professional and great to work with! From working with Chelsea in the show room to the install. Everything was stress free and a pleasant experience. The installers, Wei and his partner (I forget his name) we're so fast and professional! They were very nice, polite and accommodating! great job guys!I only wish we went with this place for the cabinets in the first place. We got super ripped off by the place we used. Next time I will go here for cabinets too!

Everything went well from the time I walked in the store when I met Miss Margaret Chen who is the sales representative at C&C Cabinets & granite. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her profession and always kind and friendly. C&C cabinets & granite is fortunate to have her employed there.

This company uses cheap materials. My quartz countertops get stained with anything and everything. The workmanship is horrible. The installer made a huge mess. He didn't speak any English. The salesperson was also very rude and brash. The product has dings, stains before even installing. The countertops aren't even set level. Terrible craftsmanship.

Vivian did an excellent job with requirements for my small kitchen project. Installers did a great job installing everything in 1 day.Reasonably priced good crew to work with, highly recommend it

Vivian at C&C has helped me with my kitchen projects for literally years. She is knowledgeable, makes excellent recommendations, and has ideas on how to accomplish what I am looking to create. The quartz she helped me select looks gorgeous (all the selections were hard to choose between!) , and the installers were kind and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Go to C&C if you would like a new kitchen, and ask for Vivian. You will not be disappointed!!!
