Alfredo was awesome! Fixed up in no time. Our dryer had broken and we got recommended Budget Appliance Repair from a friend. I had a bit of trouble getting into contact with them at first. After days of calling I finally got them, and the lady on phone was a little standoffish, so I didn't know if they were gonna be good, but Alfredo came and had such a great attitude :)) And he got our dryer up and running in less than an hour! Made my day, def recommend

I have a stackable washer/dryer that acts up from time to time. Alfredo has come out twice in the span of 6yrs and both times was so thorough and immediately figured out the problem and was able to fix both things. I am so impressed w how detailed he is and how he makes sure the problem is completely resolved. Truly amazing guy! I highly recommend using them but make sure to request Alfredo.Very grateful for his help!

Service repairman was able to come within 2 days to repair the Samsung washing machine. The part need to repair the machine was in the van. Diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes. Worth every penny.

I've used this company several times in the last few years for problems with dishwashers and refrigerators. This last visit was for a 2 year old Maytag dishwasher that stopped draining and gave error codes. Technician, Robert, was awesome, he troubleshooted the issue and explained what the issues could be. He researched the issues reported on my particular dishwasher model. We chose to fix the least expensive way by replacing the drain pump and the dishwasher is working well.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days with one phone call. Nathan arrived on time and worked on our old washer for a quite a while. It's roughly 9 years old and Nathan found the issue, advised us it was going to be an expensive repair, and one of the parts was not on island. While we were thinking about it, he noted the transmission was making noises and gently lead us to deciding against fixing it. What really impressed me though was he spent more time AFTER the diagnosis leveling the unit several times, then found another cause of all the noises the machine was making and fixed that too.The unit is now running smoother and quieter than it has in years. Now we can take our time looking for a replacement. The $95 service fee was well worth it. We're really glad we called Budget. Nathan was friendly and more than helpful with our issues. Highly recommend Budget Appliance and won't hesitate to call them again next time we have an issue.Mahalo Nathan!

My 4 year old washing machine malfunctioned and stopped working. Alfredo at Budget Appliance was recommended to me. I was able to book an appointment with him on a Saturday. He showed up on time and was ready to help solve my problem. The error message suggested a new part was needed and it had to be ordered from the mainland. We both were bummed out that the machine wouldn't be fixed until the part arrived, one month later. When it came in Alfredo returned and we were hopeful that everything would be fixed. Unfortunately, we continued to get the error message. Alfredo opened up the machine and investigated what else might be causing the error message. The machine was in excellent shape; Alfredo concluded that the motherboard most likely needed to be replaced. He was very honest and told me the price and that he couldn't guarantee it would fix the issue. He recommended that I shop around for a new machine. I was totally bummed, as my machine was only 4 years old,but I appreciated his honest opinion and ultimately agreed with him. He didn't charge anything additional (for the 2nd service call) since he wasn't able to remedy the issue. Alfredo was wonderful and I will definitely reach out to him, if needed, in the future. I highly recommend Budget Appliance Repair and Alfredo.

Customer Service drastically went downhill. Not sure what happened. We've use Budget Appliance Repair in the past with good results. Called repair tech Nathan M, directly since we had his cell number. Spoke with him on the phone and explained that our refrigerator was no longer blowing cold. Gave him the symptoms and he told me he thinks it's probably a compressor or computer problem. He told me he was busy the next few days and to send him a picture (text) of the model number sticker information on the inside of the refrigerator. He said he would research and get back to me. A week goes by and....Nothing.I politely text him and ask for an update. He replies back, "?", "who is this", "I don't know you". I tell him my name. Totally "bizarre behavior " He tells me that they don't fix compressors, but could possibly fix the computer, and that I should call the company to schedule. He should have said that from the get go, or on day 1 when we spoke. I've been waiting over 1 week for nothing. Total waste of time.....Don't bother, time to look for another company that actually follows up and can provide services.

Thank goodness for Budget Appliance Repair, I called Monday and they came on Tuesday!Nathan was very easy to work with, I explained the problem, he had the parts and fixed it in no time! He also gave me time to clean the area behind the washer and dryer and moved them back to their original positions.Budget Appliance Repair will definitely be my "go to " company for repairs!

Why is there no zero star option? Poor service. Didn't fix my icebox, gave me a b.s. diagnosis, left a big mess for me to clean AND stole my towels.....what more could you NOT want from a business. Don't even bother. You're better off guessing what the problem is and/or just replacing or living with the dysfunction....oh wait, you are if you call these guys. Basically you are wasting money paying the no-can-ic to waste time to wait for them just to find out that their "solution" to the problem is a crock of $h!t. And when YOU YOURSELF have to administer the "fix" it didn't resolve the problem and in fact made it WORSE. Save yourself your time money and effort and call a reliable legit company. It's in the name- you get what you pay for hah But why even waste your time and money in the 1st place and not even het nothing positive out of it let alone your problem solved? Oh also I need to mention that broke-canic ended up breaking a possession.
