Brick Oven Pizza

Chill local pizza joint, family friendly, and good for drinks with friends while watching sports. More than enough TVs playing. Loved the braided pizza crust, and the pesto pasta was good too (even though they were out of shrimp and subbed for chicken). We got the Brick oven super pizza, kinda pricey at 42.50 but worth it since it could have fed 4 of us!

Enjoyed their shooters again. Would order the Hawaiian bbq and the whiskey lime chicken again. Very delicious, crispy and fresh. Service is always on point.

Service was not excellent. Sides were good. Pricey but I don't mind paying for good food. A diff story when paying for burnt pizza. To be fair, it wasn't the entire pizza. Maybe 25 percent of the 2 pizzas we ordered had unpalatable burnt crusts. The tips tasted great. But as I ate towards the end, that burnt taste started to come through. I flipped pizza over and yes it was clearly burnt.Brought it to their attention they should have offered to comp the burnt pizza. I flipped all the burnt crusts to show them. Guess burnt pizza crusts isn't an issue for brick oven pizza.

Looking for some good tasting pizza in Kapolei. One notable spot is Brick Oven Pizza. They use high-quality ingredients and the traditional crust making method, which contribute to their delicious crispy crust. An old friend recommended this spot so here we are. Judging from who else was in the dining area, you can tell this is a local fave. Since I'm not from around here, it seemed like it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. However, it also seemed like they were low on staffing tonight, so service was a lot slower than I'm used to. Our pizzas took forever, but it was worth it. Just hang out with some cocktails or beer in the meantime and hang with friends. Families love this place so prepare for it to be loud a bustling!

I was craving some pizza. I've been wanting to give this place a try. We enjoyed everything including their in-house pizza sauce. Recommend their pizza and cheesy-garlic bread. Alfredo was average and a little dry. Onion rings were decent. Service was great! Waitress was super attentive and friendly. Drinks were filled quick. We had waters and one root beer. Restaurant was busy and not too loud. Our family was able to enjoy a good conversation. Price was a little on the high side. Total was $105 without tip. We will definitely be back.

Had an incredible meal at @brickovenpizza_oahu ! Their supreme pizza is a game-changer. The thick braided crust, finished with garlic butter, is a flavor explosion. Combine that with a thin and crispy bottom, and you've got pizza perfection. The toppings were so generous that they were literally falling off with each bite! Each ingredient tasted super fresh and high-quality. Also, I couldn't resist trying the crispy calamari, and it did not disappoint. The calamari was cooked to perfection, with a delicious marinara sauce that added the perfect zing. The breading was spot on, giving it that perfect crunch without overpowering the delicate calamari flavor. If you're ever in Kapolei, make sure to swing by Brick Oven Pizza. It's a must-visit for pizza lovers and anyone who enjoys amazing food. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Food, drinks and service was outstanding! The group of young men sitting to our right were horrible and rude by being obnoxious and loud.We will be back and if that group is here we're gonna run them off lol

Horrible customer service. This is my first ever review on yelp. We were charged $32 for 2 Caesar salads on a takeout order. Pics show what is advertised on the menu, and what we received. Since when is a Caesar salad just lettuce & sauce? The general manager (despite what I was previously told) said that I would have needed to come back into the restaurant that night for them to refund or remake the salad. What a joke, feeling completely robbed. Does that salad look like $16 to you?

Food was good. Definitely have a local vibe here. Had no issues with timely service. Good spot.
