Bounce Houses 4-Kids

BH4K are very efficient. My hubby and I hired them for my son's first birthday party. We decided to get the biggest bouncy castle. They called us the night before to make sure everything was still a "Go". They arrived promptly at 11am which was perfect, they got it set up in no time. They did make a mistake by not using sand bags, but its fine. The kids LOVED it, they were very sad when it was leaving. The workers who came to pick it up was on time, they took it down and in their truck in less than an hour. They were very good, the bouncy castle was clean, no holes, it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be calling them again for another event.

This review is for Gigi and for Ben for doing such an amazing job in assisting me with the reservation up to the sep up and take down. From point A-Z, their service was impeccable. When we had our flag football season finale for our kids (age ranging from 4-14) couple weeks ago at Magic Island, we had a hard time choosing which bounce house to rent from. However, we ended up going with Bounce House 4 Kids because I used them for my son's 2nd birthday party years back and they did an awesome job. I also went with them because you get a 10% discount if you used them before.When we finally decided who we're going to use, I contacted Bounce House 4 Kids and I was able to get in touch with Gigi right away who informed me of everything that I needed to know. She was very pleasant and informative. She took down my information and just like that, our reservation was booked.On the day of our finale party, the weather was so sucky BUT Ben did an awesome job at setting up the large bounce house that we reserved (57 foot bounce house with slide and obstacle course). He had to make multiple trips all by himself but did awesome regardless. In addition, he also assisted me in putting in my pegs for my tent because I didn't have a hammer. Bounce House 4 kids will come and refill their generator with gas IF it runs out. Not a lot of bounce houses do that. They either charge for additional gas or you're on your own. Ben was kind enough to let me know to call him should we run out of gas and he'll come over right away (SO NICE OF HIM!) In addition, we had the bounce house from 8:30am - 6pm with no additional cost. Other places allow you to have it for only 8 hours and charges for the extra hours. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews but I felt that I had to put out some good words for Bounce House 4 Kids as they did an awesome job. Our kids were happy so we were happy.Thank you Bounce House 4 Kids. I will definitely use you again in the future as well as recommend your awesome services to family and friends.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I've been renting bouncers for 5yrs now & never did I ever have a company CANCEL ON ME DAY OF my party!I tried renting the waterslide for my son's 5th birthday & got confirmation friday it was still a go! Sunday morning I get a call at 630am saying they're canceling due to high Wind advisory, my party started at 11am, who does that?!Luckily my boyfriend called another bounce house rental place & they delivered at 8am!NEVER AGAIN!

I've used Bounce House 4 Kids twice for my daughters 6th and 8th birthday parties. We rented a pink castle the first time and a waterside the second time. Reservations are easy to make online on their website and by the next day, Gigi contacted me to confirm. She is very friendly and makes the whole reservation process so easy! The waterslide we rented was a hit with the kids. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for future parties!

Needed a bouncer for my Sons party Gigi is awesome! Her team was on time and everything went great. We will use them again :)

Excellent customer service, great prices, good selection of bounce houses to choose from, set-up, delivery and pick-up was a breeze.My son's birthday party was a success and he loved his bounce house! I spoke with Gigi and she was really nice over the phone. I asked her about the negative comment that was posted on Yelp, and she apologized. She said they are the new owners and that was a comment with the previous owners. I told her I was a little skeptical, because the water slide I wanted to rent was pretty cheap (compared to their local competitors). She reassured me that the slides would be clean and that they got rid of old slides and bouncers from the previous owners.We rented the Under the Sea water slide. It was cool cause there really isn't a max hours of how long you can rent for the day, which is super cool! You want the kids to enjoy the slide as long as they can, and you also wanna feel like you got more bang for your buck!! NO DELIVERY charge, and MILITARY DISCOUNT! The delivery guys came earlier then expected and the guys were really nice too. And of course, the kids had a BLAST!!!!I gave 5 stars, because it was easy, affordable, military discount, and smooth transition. Had them do my sons first birthday party yesterday and it was an overall good experience..good communication with Gigi and the delivery people about confirmation and drop off and pick up times..kids had a blast..they ran an extra generator and blower just in case..4 stars because they used spikes instead of sand bags like they said they were gonna do because of the rules of the venue..overall I recommend them..give Gigi a call.

The delivery was late, the driver picked up the wrong bouncy house, and the bouncer was ghetto, old, abused and ripped in certain areas. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They were so professional. We ordered pretty late notice (about 3 days prior). They got us a bouncer with a Skylanders theme. It was very clean and in great condition. My group of 8 year olds loved it. We had it from 2-8:30pm. Great prices. And I even got estimates from 4 different places. They were the least expensive delivery rate to Hawaii Kai ($10 versus $20 from other companies). Plus a $10 discount for being a new customer). So pretty much free delivery. Thanks Gigi (I think the manager or owner) and team! My son had a great party.
