Bounce Hawaii & Superior Tents

They were awesome! Called to book them for my kids birthday party. It was indoor and needed a specific size bouncer. Luckily they been to the venue before and so they knew what size of bouncy house to use. They confirmed me prior to the event and showed up a little bit early than expected, but it was fine. My son was able to have more time playing. Thank you!! Totally recommended.

We have used Bounce Hawaii for our kids' birthday parties for two years in a row now and they are absolutely the best! We rented the large double bounce house slide and it is so much fun!!! A bunch of the kids who came called it their absolute favorite party ever! Service was fantastic. The slide was actually dropped off and picked up longer than it was supposed to be in both cases, so we ended up with an extra half-day of fun for our kids. Kelly is really fantastic and her workers are very responsible. They do a great job of setting it up and taking it down. I highly recommend Bounce Hawaii.

So I rented a bounce house and 20 chairs and two tables from Bounce Hawaii for my daughters birthday party. The cost was a lil over $400 and she charges 3% for credit / debit card use so I paid 3% twice because I put down a deposit on one transaction and when I paid the balance I was charged another 3%. I have rented bounce houses from several other companies and none of them past this charged to me.... but ok whatever. From the start communication with Kim was difficult. She couldn't find my Instagram message... she couldn't figure out how to respond to my texts and so on... should have been a red flag... so come day of the party and I get a call in the morning saying the drop off was running late ... ok no big deal party wasn't starting till noon. But here comes the nightmare... they arrive and start setting up. Long story short they staked into the ground 3 feet from the sprinkler box and busted the PVC and flooded the whole yard. The attached photos are of the beginning of the flood. I had to rush to the office to get the maintenance to come shut off the water because where it was staked and the water pipe broke the ground was starting to come up. I called Kim to let her know what was happening. YES I was pissed .. Yes I was probably raising me voice at her. She blamed me for not telling them where the pipes are but yet at the same time tells me her guys have over 10 years experience. So what is it? Are the experienced or do I need to tell them how to do their job? I don't pay that kind of money to have to tell people how to do their job. She offered to solution nothing... I forwarded her a video of the flooding as well as photos and she didn't respond. Now not only did I pay an outrageous price for a bounce house but now I'm gonna be charged for the repairs on the sprinklers

Kelly & her crew is awesome. From set up to breaking down all equipments, friendly people. I sure would book these folks again for any of my events and I recommend to anyone who's looking for tent, chairs, bounce house etc. Mahalo guys

Bounce Hawaii is the best of the best. The guys set up the bouncy in about 10 minutes which seemed really quick. Kelly was patient with us every step of the way and really helped us. I will use Bounce Hawaii again and again. Thanks Kelly! You and your company did an amazing job.

Rented the Pink Sparkle Combo for my daughters birthday and everyone loved it! Communication was mostly through text, which was totally fine with me. Setup & pickup was very quick and the guys were nice! Would definitely do business with them again.
