I needed to find some carpet for my clients upstairs condo. I walked into the store on a Wednesday afternoon around 3 pm, Jasha helped me. I am a person who really appreciates great service. I let Jasha know what I needed and it needed to be within my budget. He helped me find some remnants for my client project. He took the time to explain the process and explained to me that he would need to find a carpet installer. I needed the carpet to be installed by Sunday, midweek the following week at the latest. Jasha worked on finding an installer, he scheduled him to do measurements on Thursday, check back with me on the installers quote, I OK'd. On Friday, the installer removed the old carpet and prepped. On Saturday morning, the installer came out to install the new carpet. I stopped in on Saturday and saw the completed project. My client and I are so happy with the quick and speedy project. Jasha made it happen and Bougainville Flooring had what I needed. Everyone should experience this type of service, it truly is rare! To top it off, Jasha was flying out with his new bride for their honeymoon and checked in with me to see if everything was ok. I truly appreciate the excellent client experience he gave me!! I will bring more clients to you guys when I have clients who need to sell their properties. Much appreciated!!

For best deals. Go to back room. CLOSE OUT. Big discounts. See Jessica Peralta, Sales. Appointment with Jessica on a Saturday morning. Looking for vinyl planks. Jessica walked us to the back room where we got a good deal. Vinyl planks were of good quality and the color we were looking for. There was enough for the renovation. Jessica also recommended a licensed contractor to do the installation. Marcus Yeung was able to arrange the installation within 1-2 weeks. Took 3 days to complete installation. Note: Pay half upfront, other half before work starts. Highly recommend. Excellent service.

With very helpful and personalized service , this place has more than just flooring. Salesperson/ owner, Carrie was very informative and patient. She asked good questions to get a feel of how to guide me through this superstore, which can be overwhelming for first timers like me. She showed me a variety of options explaining the different grades, qualities and feature of luxury vinyl tile versus laminate. There is also a sale area where you can find deals on remnants and close outs. She left me with her contact info and samples feeling more informed but not pressured. First contact was with Carrie. She was amazing in the showroom was very patient with me. Actually got me to convert my old school carpet decision to something modern and clean. She set up my measurement and installation appointments very quickly worked within my schedule. I was so pleased with the install team of Alan and Josh; because I had purchased a large remnant Alan's expertise allowed me to save more carpet than expected so much so that I am going to do another room in the house and just have to purchase the difference. I expect nothing less than exceptional service once again from these amazing employees.

I was FLOORed! Well, in this case, it was carpet that rocked my world. We were on the hunt for some area rugs. We initially visited a shop in town, but thought to contact BFSS for a "second opinion". Thankfully, I'm glad we did just that.PARKING:Small lot in the front of the store.We were assisted by flooring ambassador, Carrie Punzal. Working with Carrie was such an exceptional experience! She's very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and clearly has much experience in the industry. The main purpose was to find or obtain area rugs for our living room and a hallway. She took us into the carpet remnants section of the store to find any carpet that matched the dimensions we had in mind. A remnant was found that met our needs in terms of color and measurements. We put down a deposit with Carrie, and she made the workmanship arrangements with her staff.Later that week, we had the thought of possibly replacing the carpet in the master bedroom and guest bedroom as well. We contacted Carrie about possibly acquiring a larger portion of the same carpet remnant for our rooms. She got back to us the same day, and arranged for someone to take measurements in the bedrooms at our home. The installation of the carpet, as well as the delivery of the area rugs occurred a few weeks after our initial visit at the store. BOTTOM LINE:We're very grateful and thankful to Carrie Punzal and staff at Bougainville Flooring. Thank you Carrie for all your help, assistance, and professionalism!

Sharing some perplexing chronology of events. Went to this business to browse and get educated about flooring. When you check in, you get assigned to a salesperson similar to a car lot. Was assigned to Kim Roy. After some pleasantries, he left us alone to browse because he had another customer that he said walked in that he needed to help. While waiting we witnessed another salesperson sharing about a product. We learned a lot from him. That salesperson was clear and thorough. After waiting for Kim to loop back around to us, we decided on a particular vinyl plank product. He also highly recommended an installer Mike from MK flooring. Left a deposit. Kim was adamant that he needed 50% deposit based off of the rough square footage estimates we provided. Then scheduled Mike to do an estimate to do the installation. Mike gave us a price that we thought fit into our budget, but did not know that Kim adjusted the material cost; upward of course. Now we were way over our planned budget. When asked why did the total material cost get elevated so much and why didn't he inform us about it, he said he did. We were operating on the initial quote he gave and he said he did inform us. Later he discovered and shared that he had an email, but must have forgot to send it. Oh, well.During the installation process, I got a call from Kim saying that there was an error and the "warehouse" gave MK flooring too much material and we needed to return some of it. I explained that he and MK made the arrangements for the order based off of the measurements submitted by MK and the pick up was handled by the both of them, so I had no idea what was actually ordered or received. After installation, there was a nick in one of the planks. Asked MK to assess it because it could have been caused by the installation. MK insisted it couldn't be, but said he could glue it to fix it. When I explained that the manufacturer, whom I called to ask about the standard protocol for fixing such a problem, shared it needed to be replaced. Mike immediately said he would contact Kim to put in a claim and left quickly.Shortly after I get a text from Kim asking, "How does your new floor look?" I respond in email that there was a problem. Shared the picture of it and and asked what would be done to remedy the issue. No response. Fair is fair, there were a lot of strange occurrences that happened from ordering and installation. Not blaming anyone, but all I know is that I was left with a damaged plank from a brand new installation with no assistance to remedy the issue. Paid more than what I originally thought and am not sure if I truly understand what went on?
