Location is easily accessible at Ala Moana Center.The store has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is extremely well trained and comfortable.They have a variety of new wallets, bags, shoes and sunglasses.I have been buying wallets from this company for more than 10 years now. The materials are excellent, the design is simple and easy to use, and I never get tired of them.The quality of the wallets as well as the bags is excellent, and they are very popular for being fashionable and easy to use for any occasion.Once you start using it, you will realize how wonderful it is. As many might know that Hawaii offers special prices for different items each lux brand and the lower tax are the boost for people to spend more money in the island! I had created a wish list before the trip and came to this location to check our pieces since it's closer to where we stayed. Yoko was great and very detailed and patient! She was not pushy and gave me suggestions and recommendations based on what I told her about my life and fashion styles! I am happy to take home something from bottega again! This is not my first piece; I have a couple other pieces from them and the quality is so great; leather is so soft and well made! The craftsmanship is better than a lot of bigger/more popular lux brands! Plus, they are very minimal; no big catchy logo or patterns: pretty much you know them you know them! That makes it easier to match different outfits!

Hubs really wanted to get me an anniversary present. I walked by and through so many shops and didn't feel it. I didn't want to just get anything, otherwise I wouldn't use it. Then BV came along our path. We walked in and the handbag Gods spoke to me. It was like mauve heaven! BV calls it glicine. I was in LOVE. Now, it was deciding on which bag to get. Decisions, decisions. Andrew Leung was very helpful. He offered great suggestions and wasn't a pushy sales person at all. Hubs had great conversations with him while I decided. In the end, I got a beautiful bag that can be used as a tote, shoulder bag, and satchel. It's very unique and very BV quality. And the color is absolutely gorgeous. He made sure I got a new bag from the back and helped me pick out an off pink wallet to match.Hubs even picked out a wallet too! He didn't resist! We celebrated with champagne. Andrew broke out the bubbly for us! Woo hoo!FYI- The pricing in Hawaii has always been cheaper than online/ and on the mainland. For our purchase, with Hawaii's already lower tax, we paid about 20% less than if we went back to CA to purchase it. That's another perk!

The smell and feel of good quality Italian leather, rich colored woven purses and stylish wallets, and a nice staff, what's there not to love about Bottega Veneta purses!If you have never heard or seen one, then you must walk in to appreciate them.My only disappointment is the lack of selection, but it is nice to have a store close that you can walk around and dream in... i just love their woven design!

Bottega Veneta, the Italian atelier famous for their woven leather goods, is one of my favorite brands for accessories. Their products are simple, understated, and made of extremely high craftsmanship.This particular location is like a museum. For fans of good ole handmade goods, take a look around and you will see various products they make. Perhaps maybe you can catch one of the rarer items they have, such as a crocodile handbag. For those who are looking for a simple, yet good wallet, I highly suggest looking into their standard fare wallets. They have accessories for both men and women.The service is top notch. Their sales people are knowledgable and are willing to show you around if you are curious. Their friendly demeanor is very welcoming for even people who are window shopping.

I love Bottega products except there are less than a handful of purses since they opened have caught my eye. Service is pretty average, may be even a hair short for designer brands. Quality of the products are fairly high. Excellent craftsmanship. Honolulu and Vegas stores are the only Bottegas offer discount to public. Everwhere else is VIP only.

Oh my god you guys suck !! I got 2 pairs of shoes nearly 1000$ a pair, real leather all nice and dandy , both shoes are same style where the sole has a small metal plate in the front of the shoe,One of the metal parts wasn't hinged or glued well, it fell off, it's gonna cost me 115$ to fix it ? Isn't the initial 1000$ enough ,I'm not too calculated when I buy quality but let me tell you, bottega you guys just screwed up big time, No class and zero costumer service.

YOKO is phenomenal! There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how stellar she is! She was my sales associate from Chanel and I was devastated when she left. I was very glad to hear that she is here now. I love the quality of Bottega Veneta because it's very elegant and understated at the same time. Yoko is so friendly and very helpful without being pushy at alI. I didn't think I would find a bag here but I was able to with her guidance. She works extremely hard to find something that fits you and your lifestyle. I will definitely come back to her every time I come to visit! Make sure to ask for Yoko! She will definitely leave a lasting impression and it will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. She made this trip memorable yet again!

service was outstanding and our sales rep HangJu, I believe was her name was very helpful and polite. She wasn't pushy to get a sale and showed us all the variety of colors and styles that were available. we had a very welcoming/pleasant shopping experience here. will be going back on our next visit to hawaii. If I can I would give ZERO star. There is no customer service, not even an eye contact. The only thing I heard was "bye-bye" from the door man. I went in to get a wallet but end up so angry because I feel like I dont get enough respect here. I went in the store for more than 10 minutes but no one has asked if I need help or not. They basically just ignored my sister and I. It seems like that they are looking down to me because I dont look like im rich like the person they used to help.
