I love this store. Joe was super helpful and knowledgeable in everything we needed. Considering I wasnt actually sure what I needed as I was just being the errand girl for my son who needed to buy stuff for his project in UH, she was a savior. After we finished with our purchase, we needed another item that they didnt have, Joe gave us suggestions of other stores that might carry it and even called one of them to check for us. 5 stars for fast, efficient and friendly service. No one ever picks up the phone. The sales force has limited knowledge about what really matters on the construction site.

I accidentally used a floor stripper that was left in the garage by the prior owner of my home. I ran out of the stuff halfway through stripping the sealer off my living room floor. I called Bonded Materials hoping they could help me find something similar so my floor did not end up two different colors. They told me about the strippers they sell, but they also advised me to try one of their competitor's stores. They said they might carry something similar to what I had been using. I went to the other store and found the exact same stuff I had been working with. Super nice of them to send me to one of their competitors to solve my problem. They have made sample concrete stains for me and have given me sample sealers which allowed me to test out the materials before buying gallons of it. I have found them to be quite helpful.
