Raul was amazing. Went in. He helped me right away. Showed me the good stuff and had good chats! The selection is great. Options at all price points. I highly recommend.

Brought my new Voodoo Rada road bike in to get professionally fitted. Darren Broome was expert in getting my measurements and plumb bob cycle motion on the trainer. In addition he somehow got my shoe cleats bolts loose and realigned the cleat which fixed my "hot foot" issues. I am most appreciative and applaud the Boca staff. Note to Ray B, the fork might be a Look model, I need to confirm.Much thanks and Aloha!

Boca, Spanish for "mouth," is a real TALK of the town. You'll definitely leave SMILING after you see their prices and experience their customer service. Make sure you get there quick, by the skin of your TEETH, because their inventory goes fast. Anyway, you get it.

These folks are a class act. I've been a cyclist for my whole life. This is one of the best bike shops on the Island, and one of the best I've been to, period. The repair experts are simply that, experts. They know everything you need to know about bikes and taught me a thing or two, or maybe three. They also are very friendly and down to earth. I appreciate their patience and ability to not talk down to a customer which is something I see a lot at other stores. The store has a variety of bicycles, gear, and energy goodies. They also have bike apparel. Specializing in triathlons, they can help you with all your needs on land and sea. I have had them service both my bikes and the prices are very reasonable. My bikes come back to me looking and riding sharp. Well done!

In this Covid-19 times I'm so glad to see that you still can get Great service at a Great price.I've always seen the BOCA Hawai'i building as I past by, it's hard to miss with all those bikes parked out in front. I thought to myself, I've got to check out this place, but I'm not a triathlon guy and assumed that BOCA only catered to triathlon athletes. I was wrong as they hold Spin and Triathlon classes, sell and repair bikes, also will bike fit anyone regardless if you purchased it from them or not. I was super impressed by the amount of inventory packed into this small shop. I think they actually have just about everything one would need for a bike. Even more than the other bike shops as far as accessories and wear. Recently I picked up another road bike and decided this time I'm going to do it right and get fitted correctly. If you ever got fitted you know that you can pay upwards to $250+. I emailed Raul over a month back to get a price for a fitting for my other bike and he responded with terrific prices ($40-$100).Prices vary on how advance the fitting gets. So with this new ride it was a no brainer to go with him. It's as easy as calling or emailing him for a appointment. Nervously rode down to the store for my appointment because I never had someone fit me. I've always did the basic measurements by myself and never thought anything about it, but there is a difference when you have it done correctly. Your body alignment, legs and arm reach get set up as it should be when riding and the chances of injuries are decreased. Raul reminded me to bring your helmet and shoes. The Cold AC it felt so good while riding my bike that they set up on the trainer. Raul (Owner) was so friendly and personable it really made me relax and enjoy getting fitted. He did some Seat height, positioning, handle bar angle, shoe cleat position to get the right peddling strokes and other small adjustments to get everything running smoothly. Like Raul said, every millimeter makes a difference.I love the feel of my bike after the fitting, looking forward to get some miles in.I highly recommend that you get a bike fit for your ride to avoid injuries and to get the maximum potential out of it.Check them out, you'll be surprised what they carry, it's not a shop strictly for Triathlon Athletes, but for the everyday rider, swimmer and runner.

We bought his and hers road bikes from Boca yesterday. It wasn't an impulse buy... my boyfriend and I looked at 3 bike shops: this place, Bikeworks and McCullys. He went to one more bike shop the day prior...We ended back at Boca at the end of taking everything into consideration.Everything about Boca screams bike enthusiast and knowledgeability. Ray was the first guy who helped us-- he was actually behind the counter fixing a bike and he didn't try to sell us on anything - he listened to what my boyfriend wanted (beginner road bike to work out on mainly to go up and down Tantalus). During the test ride, he watched and answered questions. We even left him saying we were going to shop around and he didn't try any sales tactics (nice)!Well, we came back! And my boyfriend decided well, I should get a bike too so we can work out together (so sweet). Sure I like Raul and Hina (I'm assuming the owners of the shop) but Ray is the star of the shop (in my humble opinion). He told us he has been riding for almost 29 years - love it when someone who is an enthusiast is at a shop that is not an aggressive salesperson. An hour later, we took our bikes and rode from home up Tantalus and back down!Highly recommend Boca & go see Ray!

Had a bike that I hadn't ridden in years. Was thinking about starting to ride again, so took the bike to Boca for a tuneup. $70. Fine. They said it would take 1 week. Fine. After a week, the bike wasn't done. After two weeks, the bike wasn't done. At 3 weeks, I started to bitch. They finished the bike. Dudes, don't make me be that person.

After visiting several other bike shops on island (including a well-known establishment I had purchased from previously), I stopped in to look around. I honestly wasn't expecting to find what I wanted. The opposite happened. I found exactly what I wanted. Their selection is awesome. The customer service was absolutely top notch. I have never received better assistance. I ended up leaving with exactly the bike I wanted. The price was appropriate for the location. I will definitely be back in the future!

Okay, so this establishment is good old-fashioned customer service; the way you remember it. Raul, the owner, is the nicest, mist personable guy you would hope to meet. And, Darren, gave me an amazing, thorough bike fit! These guys are all about quality, customer service, and your safety and comfort. I tried some other bike shops and they don't even come close to the service and attention you'll get here. Definitely my go-to bike shop. The bike mechanics did a great job assembling my bike, too. Smooth as butter ride out of the shop. In my opinion, look no further than Boca Hawaii for your biking needs.
