LOVE this place! We came for happy hour and everyone was so friendly! Everyone that came seems to be regulars and they love talking to us too! Our bartender gave us tons of good recommendations on the drinks and even offered to make us drinks that are not in the menu. She also gave us recommendation on the food to order.The bar food was so good too! We got the Tropix Special and dang that was good! The garlic chicken, noodles and fries mixed in were really good! We also got the ribeye and it was surprisingly really tasty. We were really surprised by how good their food were!You can also play pool and darts there and I heard they have live music and karaoke night too! We'll definitely come back at night to check it out!It wasn't too crowded when we went, so we'll be sure to check them out later at night!

We had our Christmas party there in the private room. The room is great! We catered with Tanjas Kitchen and the food was above amazing. Super ono and plenty. I loved the poke and the crab rolls. The service was great too!

Was always curious about this place as I would pass by plenty of times. Finally stopped by as a last resort because Valor wasn't able to play the chargers monday night football game. Blue Tropix has all games and all channels. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is in the bar. The bartender Ashley was very nice and provided great service. I ordered the lumpia on happy hour, you get 4 long pieces for $6. The best deal I'd say is their happy hour bucket specials. You can get 6 beers or seltzers for $25. I decided to get 6 corona lights for my visit.I enjoyed the place so much I went back the same week on friday.

One of my go to spots to enjoy your time with your friends n drink or eat n play pool or darts and sing Karaoke.Really nice spot to come to with a group or with co workers n enjoy they have a food menu to with pupus

Blue Tropix is definitely a solid bang for your buck! There aren't many spots on Oahu where you can score a cocktail for just $10--and they weren't watered down either! The food from Tanja's Kitchen was equally impressive. I had the ribeye, which was seasoned perfectly and only $20. Seriously, where else can you find a steak for that price outside of Happy Hour? Tanja also whips up an amazing mushroom swiss burger for $14. I left full, tipsy, and pretty satisfied.Now, here's why I had to dock two stars despite enjoying the food and drinks. First off, the venue itself felt outdated, and there was a... let's call it interesting smell near the entrance that was a bit off-putting. But the bigger issue was an unsettling experience by the pool table. I was at Blue Tropix for a media event, so I was filming content of the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, an older man near the pool table aggressively threatened to "smash my phone" if I filmed him, even though that wasn't my intention. His companion had to hold him back, and honestly, I was worried he was going to start a fight.It would have been totally fine if he just asked not to be filmed, but his reaction was over-the-top and uncomfortable. Great drinks and food, but the vibe was definitely thrown off by that encounter. Would still recommend for the deals though--just maybe steer clear of some of the folks there!

I did not realize this place existed but I am glad I know now. Located right next to Pearlridge mall where I think the old Dennys was located. Great vibes, with a pool table, darts, and quick service. Lots of food and drink options to choose from. I definitely enjoyed the nachos and the steak the most. Oh and the serving sizes are definitely on the generous side. The night we went was karaoke night and there was a little stage up front which is also perfect for when they have live music.

Service was so slow. Bartenders couldnt keep up with the crowd! Only teo of them in the bar with 70+ people needing drinks. Waited 15 minutes for one $11 shot.Didnt try the food.Live music was okay.No consistent security at the door checking IDs.Better bars in the area! Skip!

Went for use of their pool table, good vibe decent bar foods, with live music at times.

I recommend their Swiss mushroom burger. Service is quick and the ambiance is chill. We enjoy going karaoke here on Thursdays from 6-11pm.
