BLAH!? Like blah blah blah? Why do you call this BLAH? You're lying, cuz there is NOTHING BLAH about Blah's smoked meat.I was a vendor at a recent Christmas craft fair at Dole Cannery and stumbled on Blah's because it was the only food vendor there. THIS. THIS IS WHAT SMOKED MEAT tastes like. Holy smoked meat you guys. You gotta sampo if you ever come across this booth. I think the only way to get your hands on his meat is to visit the air conditioned farmers markets. Yeah, this is my kind of guy, only doing business in the A/C! Basically you have to catch him at Windward Mall farmers markets inside the mall or at these air conditioned Christmas craft fairs. He sells most of it uncooked, so you just have to throw it in a fry pan when you get home. I was lucky enough to get a bento with smoked meat/rice to go, and I inhaled it all.Do yourself a flavor and find this guy and buy a slab of his meat. Get one for me too.

I'm super picky when it comes to smoked meat bring from off island I have certain standards. I came to Windward mall and Blahs was one of the first vendors I saw and was offered a sample. Not only did I love the sample but my 7 year old boy loved it. My intention was to walk through the whole farmers market and come back to get a bento. Well that didn't last long. After a few mins I went back to get my smoked meat bento. My son and I shared the bento and we are both full. Not sure if they use guava Jam or jelly but I could definitely taste the sweet but it was equally balanced with the savory of the what I'm assuming is soy and other spices. The meat was tender and had just enough fat to balance it all out. The sauce over the rice was winner!Mahalo Blahs Bonus: the guy selling the smoked meat was awesome too. Super friendly and even offered my son 2 samples

They had a booth set up at the X-1 mma fight. What a good sight to see because they usually only have papa johns serving food. The meat was very tasty and the portion size was also good. Would eat again!

Blahs smoke meat blows its competitors out of the water. One of the best products I've had while in Hawaii. Blah's only uses high quality ingredients and imports it's meat from trusted farmers---products are non-GMO! They dedicate hours towards smoking the meat over strawberry guava and keawe(mesquite) wood. The meat itself is ribboned with fat, lending itself for an explosion of flavor. The meat had been marinating for a while prior to smoking; every bite is so tender and squeezes out more flavor than the last. Blah's is an homage to Asian-Hawaiian flavors, somewhat reminiscent of Korean BBQ crossed with your traditional mesquite smoked meats. It is sweet, savory, smoky, and salty. It has a versatile flavor profile allowing it to pair so well with a side of rice, salads, tacos, eggs, kimchi, etc! (I would recommend caramelizing onions in the drippings to serve alongside your meat dish.)Blah's smoked meat will soon be a household name. It comes in convenient packaging, making it very easy to store. This non-GMO and distinctly Hawaiian product is an absolute must take-home treat for friends/family. Soooooo ono!

Absolutely AMAZING Hawaiian smoked pork! The meat itself is from Amish country in Ohio and Blah's smokes it here in Oahu. Every time I see them at the market I buy a few pounds, keep it in the freezer at home. Easy to thaw, easy to cook. Delish!!

I work at the Windward Mall and always hope to catch the Blah's Smoked Meat table during Farmer's Market every Wednesday or Sunday. The bento and the slab is so good, I'm lucky to pick one up before everyone else grabs em! The local guys are always friendly it's no wonder they always sell out quick. Catch em if you can!
