Black Sheep Cream

Creamy, rich and real. My husband loved it. I thought it was a little too sweet, but good. Got 2 pints to bring home for my girls. I think we hit it at the right time as it wasn't too busy. Normally there is a line out the door. But on the other hand they were out Of flavors. No place to sit inside all outdoor seating that you share with other store and shops close by, and it gets busy. So you may be standing while you eat.

Honestly delicious! I was pleasantly surprised. The small Is pretty large in size. Service is very friendly as they allow you to have free samples of different flavors. I really enjoyed it and would definitely be back. They do not offer any vegan flavors.

I went here and got their rocky road chocolate ice cream with toasted marshmallows. They torch the mini marshmallows on top. Ice cream was yummy and totally hit the spot!

We came here with our crew of 15. It's a small place inside so we took up the whole joint. Service was on island time (we were in there for awhile). About 4 seats inside but there are tables/chairs outside for you to hang out. What we swallowed:*CREEP IT REAL: Cookies and cream. The color can be off putting but it was really good and creamy. No chunky cookie bits if that's what you're expecting.*COCONUT WITH CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS AND SALTED CARAMEL: This was so tasty and delicious.Great ice cream right in the Ko'Olina shopping area. Great place to cool off after moseying around shopping.

The manager of this location should be fired. She doesn't let the workers make cones, there's always some excuse on why they can't make cones. It turns out the manager is just too lazy to make the cones. This location is loosing out on some amazing bussines opportunities with so many hotels nearby because of one lazy store manager. I hope the owner will replace the management and make this location same quality as the other Black Sheep locations .

Mr. Bean vanilla! Creamy delicious. Friendly and attentive staff. Casual and laid back as to be expected within a resort district.

Went there twice while visiting both times very rude staff that just want you out. Both times were different staff members too. Ice cream is good just be ready to have your order or they will try to push you through. They look so annoyed when you walk in.

Went in here while waiting for our table at Monkeypod, and I'm glad we did. We got the flight, which is perfect because we couldn't decide which flavor to get. We got the black sesame, cereal killer, spill the tea (earl grey), busta coconut, & wake&bake (coffee). All of them were so good! Couldn't decide on a favorite. Staff were all nice and accommodating. We'll definitely come back again when we stay in Aulani again

Great ice cream for great prices! Very unique flavors but there is typically something for everyone. Creamy and delicious, they do let you sample flavors as well which is always awesome! Tables could always use a quick wipe down, especially the ones outdoor but I won't blame them for staying busy enough indoors that it's difficult to get outside and make sure things are clean when there is typically only one employee working. TIPS & TRICKS: * Park at Ko'Olina beaches across the street and take a nice walk over here, everything is within walking distance and it's fun to see the rest of the little shops.
