My husband and I hired Keani and her team for the 3 month coordination. Keani and her team were very professional and made sure my husband and I were at ease during the whole planning process. They are extremely organized which I loved the most and detail oriented. Keani made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process and she was easy to communicate with. She was always readily available whenever I had questions and her feed back was extremely helpful which helped with the flow of events during the wedding. We also decided to book hula dancers through Keani and rented an arch to help hang our neon sign for the reception. On the day of the wedding Keani and Sky made sure to take care of everything behind the scenes to make sure I didn't get stressed out and took care of all the decorations for the ceremony and reception. The hula dancers helped elevate our wedding and they were the highlight of our night. It all came out better than I could have ever dreamt of. I highly recommend booking with them! They will make sure to take care of you. Hands down they made my wedding the best experience ever!

Hired Keani as my day of coordinator and server service for my wedding. Keani was great in taking care of everything with all the last min kind things. Whatever I needed she went and got it! Her servers were awesome and very friendly as well!

Hiring Black Book was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. We hired them primarily because our caterer did not offer service and at the time we were planning, self-serve buffets were not allowed because of COVID. By the time our wedding rolled around, COVID restrictions had lifted so we decided to have a self-serve buffet and have Black Book servers stock the buffet, clean up, serve water, etc. The servers truly went above and beyond and kept our event clean and the pupus, buffet, and desserts well-stocked.We also used Black Book's bartending service. The bartenders, like the servers, were efficient and good-natured. They also offered services that made our lives a lot easier such as bringing in the ice, water, and kegs and providing their beautiful Wailele bar that allowed our guests to serve their own draft beer.We worked with Keani throughout our planning process and she provided so much guidance which was a nice complement to the help we received from our coordinator. Keani is nice and fun, as well as creative, responsive, and easy-going. One of the things I appreciated most was that Keani was very reasonable and honest about the services we needed and that would be helpful to us. I have no doubt that she would be an amazing wedding planner despite having only hired Black Book for serving and bartending.On top of all that, Black Book's prices are fair. They went above and beyond and after our wedding my husband and I felt like we got more than what we had bargained for from Black Book. We cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome!!! I threw my husband a casino night party. I really wanted a bartender to mix great drinks, not just pass out cans beer and soft drinks. The first place I looked, was yelp. After reviewing the various listings I reached out to Black Book Bartending.Nicholas was great. He promptly responded with a call and within that day confirmed our party. The coordination between Nicolas and Keani was smooth. We connected via call, text and email, within 2 days had the details set for our party.Nick arrived promptly to the party to set up. He was professional. His attire, the equipment and bar accessories, was top notch. Drinks were amazing. My husband loves his spirits and Nick did not disappoint. We just have to thank Nick and Keani for helping to make our party so memorable for us and our guest. The after party comments from our friends "epic party". Thank you!!!

I used Black Book for our company party earlier this month. I have to say Keani was very easy to work with and helped make sure I had everything I needed leading up to the party. She even let me know that they had a cancellation and that we could upgrade our service! On the day of the event, Alex provided the best possible service we could have asked for! She was friendly, attentive, and very respectful. If we ever need a mobile bartender again, we are definitely going to request for Alex!!

We hired Black Book Bartending for our wedding and they were incredible! From coordinating with Keani and Nick over the last several months to having them at our reception, it was honestly one of the smoothest parts of our day. The signature cocktail, a recipe created by one of our guests, was just as good as the original and the presentation was fabulous. Their estimates for the par list were pretty spot on (with a few extra bottles of wine for us to enjoy married life with!) and the entire evening was just perfect. Highly highly recommend! Black Book worked our wedding on 1/19/19 and they did a fabulous job. Our guests loved the bar service and they made it easy for us through the process. They even added ice and coolers to our order two days before our wedding since we didn't have time to provide.

Keani and her team was amazing! I booked her originally for her bar services and they came through big time. She told me exactly what I needed to get from the store and how much I needed to get to accommodate my guests. Communication was very thorough and I could text her whenever I wanted to. She put my mind at ease when I felt stressed out. Her bartenders really took care of me and my husband the whole night making sure we had drink and food, just made sure we were taken cared of. Another big thing she did for me was she took over the remaining of my wedding planning two weeks out. My previous wedding planner bailed on me And Keani and her team was there to assist with literally everything. Two weeks out until my wedding day. I had absolutely nothing other than all my vendors. I called Keani to discuss details for the bar. She asked how I was doing and I just told her everything. And without hesitation, she offered her coordinating services to me and she was nothing but outstanding! she's calm and collected very thorough. She gets the job done. The day of my wedding I couldn't have pictured it better than what it was. Thanks to Keani and her black book team!!! She is very organized and if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have had the wedding of my dreams!!!So mahalo Keanu and her team!!!!

Everyone loved the cocktails, and the team was super responsive & accommodating of our signature cocktails/custom menu/questions. Would absolutely recommend the Black Book team!!
