Unfortunately, it seems that BingBros no longer has a permanent location and typically attends festivals and events. If you are looking for them, they do have an instagram @bingbroshawaii I tried their bings for the first time at the Mid Autumn Festival in the Chinese Cultural Plaza. While at the festival I kept being lured back to its booth due to the fragrant smells and just had to try something, the service was straight forward and decently fast as it was a little booth. You get to watch them make each bing.We got the premium bing with everything inside and pork belly as our protein option and WOW it HIT to say the least. It was so texturally satisfying, with the crunch of the wonton and the chew from the dough/wrapping. The pork belly was so flavorful and the chili sauce just really helped complete the flavor profile for me. I think my eyes lit up when I took a bite.

I've been hearing the hype about this place. Needed to try it during a food festival event.Ordered the OG Bing, mainly vegetarian. Presentation looks nice. Taste was odd, too sweet with a slight tanginess. Texture was pretty soggy. Basic ingredients in the bing. Pricey for it. Not sure if I ordered the wrong bing but a bit disappointed with this one.

We found them at the Waikele What The Truck Event. We heard that their Brick and Mortar restaurant was temporarily closed. They've updated the menu with new items. We tried the "Chicken Boss Bing". They were so busy that night that all they had left was chicken. We were fascinated watching the chef make the crepes. After laying out the crepe he cracked an egg and spread it on, then a special sauce. Followed by the toppings. Before he finished folding it up he put on a few Won Ton Chips. It added a "Crunch" element when you bite into it. Good taste.

Lunch in Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii...My friend, CeCe (from Northern California), and I were starving after a busy shopping session. I looked up "Hot and New Businesses" on my Yelp app and remembered that I wanted to try the new location of Bing Bros... CeCe was game!I had been to the first location of Bing Bros at Pearlridge Mall and really enjoyed the Jian Bing... It's like a Chinese burrito because the fillings in the wrap have Asian ingredients... like sesame seeds and Hoi sin sauce (plum sauce).I really miss that location - it had free shared parking, air conditioning, and yummy food! This time - in Chinatown - parking was challenging as usual, but we lucked out and found a free space on King Street... about half a block away from the shop!Inside, there didn't seem to be any air conditioning. There was a fan blowing, but the door was open. We were kind of miserable inside. We sat at one of the three tables and hurried through our meal.I ordered the Combo Meal: Jian Bing with a drink and Crispers (flavored won ton chips). I chose Garlic Parmesan crispers - they were alright. The Jian Bing was on the spicy side - even though I said that I didn't want spicy. I only ate half (fortunately, it's cut in half and served in paper holders) because my mouth was in pain. I drank my Buttered Beer drink to wash some of the heat away. I took two bites of the remaining half at home and had to stop because it was still spicy for me. Also - the crepe seemed more egg-based this time and not starchy like a tortilla. I liked the fresh cucumber and the ga choy (preserved vegetables).I still want to return on a Taco Tuesday for a $2 Chicken Asian Street Taco and a $3 Pork Belly Asian Street Taco. Maybe I'll do takeout and dine somewhere with air conditioning...

Is it a wrap, is it an omelette...no it's a Bing! Not my first as I tried it when the had a kiosk in the Pearlridge Center which I actually love as the interaction there was a bit more cool as you're able to see your creation being made right before your eyes.Just about a month in this new Chinatown location does have a few seating in this cozy spot very minimalistic I chose the Regular Bing as it is basic no protein just veggies and egg which is just enough because I decided to make it a combo +$6.50 which is a drink (+1.50 to make it a float) and crispers which are fried wonton chips which you can have it plain or seasoned. My Bing was done really fast...way too fast than what I remembered in the past I guess practice makes it productive though the amount of veggies/filling seems smaller and different from what I remember my drink Tiger's Blood is a Strawberry Coconut Soda was delicious not too sweet which I enjoyed but the staff was so nice and helpful. The Bing was very thick and rubbery which has me ending up eating the few strips of cucumbers and lettuce but the crispers was a great snack.Thank you!

Two co-workers and I went to pick up lunch from Bing Bros Chinatown. They're located on the Mauka side of King Street, near River Street. The exterior is painted in yellow so you can't miss it.We ordered four items:* Lemongrass Chicken Salad Bowl - $13.90* Korean Street Tacos w/steak - $10.40* Regular Jian Bing - $11.40* Fire Cracker Steak Bing - $15.15The lemongrass chicken salad didn't look all that appealing but the taste was fine. I asked for extra pickled vegetables (no extra cost) and the creamy sesame dressing. It came with crumbled won ton. The chicken was prepared like pulled pork and didn't have too much flavor. The pickled vegetables reminded me of jellyfish with green beans; decidedly strange but it tasted fine. The crumbled won ton added some crunch. The creamy sesame dressing was the highlight ... they provided a tiny container but it was sufficient to coat the greens, mainly chopped iceberg lettuce and cilantro. There was some kind of fish sauce at the bottom of my serving container; it made the salad almost SE Asian in taste. It was a sufficiently sized salad for me but I've been on a diet. Call me satisfied but not wowed. The bings looked good ... I think I would want to try one if we go again. The street tacos were petite and used a single tortilla instead of two used by most Mexican taco vendors. The meat was topped with cilantro and a gochujang spiced mayonnaise. My co-worker said he wanted four, three were not enough. Our verdict? We ordered online and our food was waiting for us; that's a plus in our ratings book. The food? The portions are perhaps a tad on the small side; we were hoping for a little more food for the prices paid. Would we return? Maybe; the jury is still undecided. Overall rating: 3.5.

Tried jianbing for the first time while I was visiting Canada and came back here hoping I'd find a place on the island that has it. Sure enough, Bing Bros popped up when I searched. It's a short walk from my apartment, so I made the trek for a late lunch. I was only there for the jianbing, so that's all I got. I got the plain one and it was good! I brought it home and ate it with some chili crisp Very yum.I wasn't able to finish the whole thing and ended up snacking on the rest hours later, so I'd say the size is pretty good too!I may ask them not to cut it in half next time, as I'd like to just pick the entire thing up and eat it like a big burrito. Will definitely stop by again when I'm craving jianbing!

Interesting concept. Adding options like cheese to Bing makes the price go wayyyy up. One bing with cheese, one salad and a bottle water with tax was $33, which seems high for what it is.Taste was pretty good, and the Bing was definitely something unique. Salad was good but I feel like $13.50 is too high for the size of the salad. Overall, I probably would not come back just because of all the options in Chinatown. It deserves 3.5 stars but that's not an option. I can't give 4 stars to a place I likely won't return to. My advice to owners is to bring cost of extras/add ons down. Or try to find a way to add extra value.

Visited the new Bing Bros in Chinatown recently. Service was commendable, and the crew was genuinely friendly. While the food was enjoyable, I was hoping for a touch more authenticity in the flavors. Nevertheless, it was still a good meal. I'd rate it a 4 stars

Went to their stand at Kakaako night market. Huge line. Workers are SUPER SLOW. They have 4 circular flat cookers... One guy did 2 at a time, he's obvious going as fast as possible. The other female cook, looks like she could barely multitask and mainly focused on one cooker. Waited over an hour for 2 items. Everyone else also waiting over an hour and extremely pissed off. Not sure why they keep taking orders when their wait is that long. They also call out your name. It's preferred to call out numbers so you have a sense of how far your order is. Rather than ppl constantly asking "how far am I in the line? Definitely wouldn't recommend their stand unless you're okay waiting in line.
