Needing some new beach gear (compact towel that absorbs and dries quickly, rash guard) I wandered into Biklabong during my morning walk. I was pleasantly surprised by their inventory and especially the beautiful prints in their long sleeved bathing suits. Unfortunately I don't carry a credit card while walking so had to stop back later that day to make the purchase. Also bought a cotton beach towel, made by a local company. I have purchased them before and they are the best! Last for years and years of daily use. They absorb water quickly and dry just as fast. plus they wash beautifully maintaining color, shape and get softer over time. The customer service was great. They greeted me upon entry, offered assistance and engaged easily in conversation. Located right on Kalakaua, I've passed this store hundreds of times over the years. Glad that I finally wondered in!

Please avoid this horrible store! Girls who worked there wanted to call the police on me because they didn't want to proceed with my return. I bought a swimming top and a bottom for 140$. I didn't even leave the store yet and noticed that they have a promotion: to buy top and a bottom plus t-shirt for total $119. I wanted to proceed with that option. But they said that their swimming suits are not returnable. I said I want to speak with their manager and one of 3 girls apparently was a manager. And she said that my accent making them uncomfortable and she immediately started to call them police. This store hates their customer. I had to leave because 20$ is not a big deal. But I have never seen such a horrible customer service. Please avoid if you respect your own time and money.
