Last July I bought a bike and they were so helpful with helping me choose the right one. It was probably the best investment decision I made last year, and have ridden possibly 100 miles since then. One month after purchase, the inner tube flattened from running over a kiawe thorn, and they replaced it in less than 10 minutes after I purchased a new one.

On Aug 08, 2023, my parents went to Waipio Hawaii Bike Factory to purchase an ebike Super 73 Z priced at $2600 plus taxes. The Manager, Tarrin, helped my parents and he told them that they could pay it within 12 months with no interest. My parents agreed to this, trusted the manager, and gave their bank information to schedule an autopay for their monthly deductions. Two days later, on August 10, 2023, ACIMA CREDIT, sent a string of emails including their first monthly deduction and another one stating that my parents verbally consented to changing the frequency of payments which became semi-monthly. THIS IS A LIE because they never had any conversation, nor did they go back to the store after they bought the ebike. Starting August 15, 2023, ACIMA CREDIT deducted twice a month and some months even 3 times for the entire year. They paid a total of more than $7000. The payment receipts and amount deducted did not even match. My parents are older and are not very tech-savvy. They are the perfect victims of this fraudulent activity because they do not know how to check their email and monitor their online banking. It was only a few days ago when we started digging and found out what they did. We went to Waipio Hawaii Bike Factory to give them a chance to make things right or offer some help so we could at least clear their involvement. We told the manager, Tarrin, about the issue but he did not help us, became very defensive and he even continued lying. He said that my parents should have paid for the ebike within 3 months because the payments would have gone higher due to accrued interest. He clearly knew this from the beginning but failed to mention that and he even lied to my parents that they could pay within 12 months with no interest.These are all facts, and we have emails and bank statements to prove. The fraudulent activity has been reported through our bank. You can read between the lines and make your assumptions, but I suggest bringing your business somewhere else. Beware of deceiving marketing tactics, especially any store that finances with ACIMA CREDIT because CFBP is even suing them for misconduct and illegally obtained profits. Consider yourselves warned!

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Awesome selection of bikes and skateboards. Even some skates. Good value. Convenient location. Definitely the place to go for bike stuff!

Online ordering was easy to use and the company at home delivery was awesome and convenient they also call you to arrange a timeFrame and date for delivery.

Great experience with Kylar and other employee working other day! Had a mix up with kiddos e-bike his dad got him for his birthday and Kylar fixed the problem! Plenty people walking in and both employees greeted everyone and let them know they are there to help as soon as they catch up! Thank you for the great customer service Kylar!

Rude and inconsiderate staff! Went there to get a repair and I could hear the staff talking bad about customers. As I was leaving they started talking bad about me! The owner is a total asshole all they care about is selling bikes and do not care about anything else never going there again ever!

If these bikes didn't sell themselves, I'm confident these "salesman" wouldn't be able to. I've gone in on 3 separate occasions no hello or any can I help you. Mind blowing! Go else where. I got better service buying a bike from Walmart than this place.

What ever happened to this place. Back when bmx bikes were getting popular and was an influence for the youth to get into bmx before and after pandemic. I walk in the shop and only e bikes??? Some selections of complete bmx bikes. This place sucks I miss the parts they had for a bmx bike. Now that e bikes have became a big influencer. It's sad. Nobody could help me. They told me they can place the order online but shipping will take 2 weeks are fricking kidding me. Just go dans comp. Honestly this place isn't what it used to be.

Worst experience ever and these location Waipio Bike factory manager did not help at all. At first, he lied about paying the ebike for 12 months with no interest at all but end up just collecting money to the customer that did not know about their tactics of collecting a lot from you if you did not pay within 3 months. Avoid them at all cost, not friendly, continue lies on their Acimacredit agreement!
