On Sunday, I went in 5 minutes before closing time to get a tube change for my flat tire. I needed my bike to get to work the next day. Even though they looked like they were about ready to leave they took the time and stayed later to fix my tube. The charge was only about 26 dollars and that included the labor. I will definitely be back to support this bike shop.

Never will I step into this shop again.Bear, the manager declined to replace an inner tube because he felt like the bike was too rusty, the cords might have rust under the covering and the chain was too rusty he said. When I asked him what the issues were, he exhaled loudly, bruhhh you're in an empty shop, where I had to wait for the credit card machine to reload and I'm the one annoying you?This dude needs a little refresher on customer service...Would not recommend, and will take my money elsewhere.

I called to see if they stocked Toddler helmets. The guy who answered, said "of course we do!". Fast forward 2 hrs, we arrive and are greeted IMMEDIATELY! I told him we were there for a toddler helmet and he asked if I was the one who called. He got one of the options available for my toddler, and helped her put it on to test the size. He got down to her level and spoke to her in a way that made her feel comfortable and not intimidated. She also said she wanted to choose which one she wanted. He brought every color available (3) and let her choose! According to the receipt his name is "Bear"..KUDOS to you brother! Thank you for making my little girl feel heard in that moment while she was choosing her first helmet!!

Needed help with adjusting my dropper post. Jeff did a great job. Shortened my cable housing which was installed longer than necessary by a bike mechanic at another shop. Took the initiative to adjust my cassette and replaced a worn chain.

The manager Michelle is extremely unprofessional!! I dropped my bike off on Monday and communicated with sales person Elijah, that the tubes needed to be changed because they were flat. I was called back by Elijah, he told me that they had put air in the tires and the tires appeared to be fine. I expressed that I have put air in it before and it had deflated so if they could watch it for a couple days to see if it would deflate. I explained that I would come to pick up my bike Wednesday. Tuesday came around and sales person Jett called me and said my bike was ready for pickup- I communicated to Jett what Elijah and I discussed and that I would come Wednesday to pick up the bike. Apparently there were no notes attached, so he wasn't aware. I briefed him and it seemed like he understood. I came in on Wednesday to pick up my bike. I asked for a recap on what they observed, I was told that they just put air and there was no charge. The tires were fine and it hadn't deflated. I proceed to take my bike to my car. Shortly after, one of the sales worker ran out and said oh sorry we did change the tire tubes and you have to pay. I proceeded to go back into the store. I began to communicate what Elijah and I discussed, an older woman named Michelle jumped into the conversation.At this point she was yelling at me for no reason and didn't care what I had to say. She cut me off as I was trying to explain to her what Elijah and I had communicated. She replied by telling me - If that's what was said it would be written on the invoice as notes, etc. I replied by saying well obviously it's not, someone didn't write it. There's clearly communication error. I asked her if we can speak closer to the second cash register- and that we should not be speaking over another customer- she debated and continued on. She said other things such as "Get out of the store." "Why are you still here." "I don't care, report me." She discussed what her conversation was with Elijah in an irritable manner - and she said told him to "Do what ever the customer wants." It seems like the sales workers were young, around age 18- she mentions their age. Perhaps their first jobs/inexperienced?- but friendly (no complaints with them) Anyway... My opinion is that these young workers need guidance as to how to communicate and take notes on work orders from customers. Michelle demonstrated far from being a professional manger. She is not equipped to train these young men on how to do deal with customers, workers or how to run a shop. I feel sorry for not only on how I was treated but the future generation (Elijah and Jett) whereas they lack experience and need a leader not a crazy person as a manager. I was treated so bad - by Michelle and tried to reason with her. She shouted me no charge get out! She stormed to the back of the shop- not in sight. During this time I asked the young sales workers- what her name was, the owners name and owner's email. In the middle of writing down the information received, she came out from behind the back area of the shop and began shouting at me again- in front of workers and customers. This is not acceptable and I will be writing a formal complaint to the owner. I hope she gets fired not only because of this incident but I guarantee she will bring the business down with her negative lasting impact on future customers. In addition she is a really bad influence on the workers there.

Kinda late but everyone on the morning of 2/8/25 was very helpful. One of the guys saw me looking at the erides and I told him I wanted a stock one that they didn't have. He said it wasn't a problem and that they could switch a custom bike to stock. Ty, one of the younger boys turned an almost $8000 eride back to stock in around half an hour for me.

Good place to get a new bike, some fix ups and accessories. I've gone there several times for tire changes and controller replacement for my super73 ZX but the last time I went was to try and get my brake cables replaced. That's all I wanted done to the bike. I'm not sure if he was a manager but he's usually the guy who helps me with the bike, but he said he wouldn't take it in unless I allow the changing out of several other parts. As much as I'd like that I tried to tell him like Hey I don't have the money for that, I don't have a job with the pay that would allow me to pay for a big job like this. But the guy told me that "He can't put the places name on the bike if he just repairs the the brake cables." I can understand that to a degree but it's my bike, I just need one thing done and can't afford an overhaul on this bike. And it's my commuter, I lived in Iroquois and have to get all the way to Ka Makana for work. I just needed the one job to help and hopefully down the line I could think about more repairs. He didn't budge on repairing the one thing so I left. Not sure I want to do business with these guys again.

absolutely, the worst place to buy your E bikes or scooters, or even parts go to Voro motors, this place sold me a part that was not for my eride pro it was for a surron according to manufacture. The manager Michelle started yelling at me telling me she would not return it because there was a mark on the part and when I asked to speak to another manager or a district manager, she continued to tell me she was the manager and that's all I would get. Stay away from this place. If you don't want to get screwed, they will convince you certain parts will fit your bike and then blame you for why they won't return it. Also kind of weird that a company many locations that does so much business on this island would not have a district manager or someone that a customer could call instead of being yelled at.
