First off we wished they were open on the weekend maybe close on a Sunday & Monday instead. We surely would have frequented Big Rock a long while ago! And surely we are not the only ones. Well as for the selection of products? We felt like kids in a candy store! They have so much to offer that no one else has! As for service? Chelsea was excellent! She should be the owner if she isn't already. Her customer service was perfect! If I owned a retail business I'd steal her away! Her enthusiasm, product knowledge and creativity deserves recognition. And the rest of the staff? This company should be open on the weekends to every day walk-in homeowners like ourselves. Once the word spreads their sales would go through the roof! So do us all a favor and open at least on Saturdays Big Rock. We're sure you won't regret it!

This place is amazing! We are working on our backyard and needed a few accent pieces of stones. The customer service was great! We were helped right when we arrived, the staff is all knowledgable and very helpful!!! I highly recommend this business! Tip: all the big chain stores get most of there supplies from here (water features ,stones)

Outstanding product and even better customer service. My trucks battery died while in their parking lot and Brian and his team took great care of me, even providing a battery charger to help get my truck restarted. I know I will be back to big rock manufacturing for my future landscaping needs.

Came to check this place out yesterday and brought my husband back with me today. They have a lot of interesting and unique pieces of rock art. I'm looking to make a koi pond and I contacted the company through email. Bonnie responded with some good information and answered all of my questions. I was advised to come to their location to see first hand what they have to offer and I'm glad I did. I got to meet the very helpful owner "Brian". He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had an example of exactly what I want. If you have a project that requires any type of rocks, waterfalls, ponds, or landscaping decorations give this place a visit. I'd also like to add that there was a miscommunication in my order and Bonnie worked closely with me to ensure customer satisfaction. This is key in the business world. I am glad I chose to work with big rock instead of another rock company.

If you were to look up someone who embodies the meaning of aloha spirit you'd find Chelsea Kim. Chelsea Kim is the sales manager at Big Rock and she was AMAZING! We were greeted by Chelsea as soon as we walked through the gate. She was extremely helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. If you're looking to support a local business with great customer service and integrity then you should support Big Rock Fabrications!

This business sets the standard for island hospitality and best bang for the buck. Richard is a co-owner. He took the time to patiently show all of his product to me and thoroughly answer my questions. They have plenty of different garden fountains, waterfall faces, pool deck stone surfacing, and plenty of cool garden pieces that are reasonably priced. I ordered colored Turtle steps. He offered to design the color scheme of step that I would need. I was curious about how he could readily produce the custom rocks made out of cement. He was glad to give me a tour of his expansive well organized operation behind the store front. I left Big Rock feeling like I got VIP personalized aloha service from an owner, which is becoming harder and harder to find!Lou J.

Big Rock has a good selection of beautiful products. They had exactly what we were looking for, and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and all wore face masks. We will definitely shop there again!

Good products and good selection but bad service, dishonest policy. Purchased an item on a Friday before closing and returned it on Monday morning. Was charged a restocking fee 15%. Policy was written on the invoice paper UNDER the charge slip. No sign regarding the policy posted. Sales girl rude and surley
