Betty's burgers

I was so surprised with the burgers! Can I just say they might be better than In n Out?! I KNOW!!! We had just gotten out of the aquarium and needed a quick bite. These piles of food trucks were literally on the side of the aquarium and the aroma coming from the burger grills caught our attention. So we proceeded to try... and it was good!Service was great, everything came out perfectly and the overall ambiance was very relaxed as you're next to the Kapiolani Park and beach!

They had their gate open and we walked in and were treated epically rudely. They had some sort of misunderstanding about opening time, I guess. We were very polite but WOW was I so taken aback by the rudeness.Get your place together and organized enough to not have open doors if you're not open. And if you do accidentally open before you're open, try not to talk to potential customers with blatant disrespect. Beyond that, the lady that was cleaning seemed to be using a very nasty rag. This was 11 am. Eeek. They lost my business with both extreme lack of customer service AND obvious health concerns. There are so many better options on island. Don't waste your money or time on a place like this

Located next to Waikiki Aquarium, this burger truck is now open on the Gold Coast. It has a fantastic location. There is plenty of dining area under a tent inside the fenced area. I tried the deluxe burger, and it was acceptable. The burger was on the dry side, and the veggies were as well. I'm excited to have more dining options on the gold coast for sure. I will come back and try other burgers and leave a more comprehensive review. Best wishes to the new location!!

Love theses burgers and onion rings here.Just driving by beach and seen their lunch wagon parked by Aquarium.So found a parking spot and decided to try.Best decision ever.Very friendly customer service and nice spot to eat and enjoy the view of Beach.Check them out if in Waikiki

Burger n fries are so good after a dip in the Pacific! Love the grass area - burger meat is of good quality - the fries are crispy and savory - only thing i would change is to grill the bun and to serve the burger asap-ours came out ok but less hot as I would like-and best part is - dog friendly and yiu can order extra patty for your fur baby-

I love the location of this food truck, in the park with a view of the ocean. They are serving good quality, freshly prepared food and provide ample seating and shade. Great place to stop for burger and shake!

After an afternoon swim I decided to give Betty's a try. The one on University was fantastic. Greeted by a very friendly cashier who kindly took my order. Found a seat in the shade to wait and enjoy the breeze. Around 10 mins, she delivered my order wrapped nicely in a white bag. The large fries were crispy outside and soft inside, generous in portion too. The burger was nicely wrapped and looked delicious. My first bite exploded with a mouthful of flavors from the perfectly cooked patties. They were slightly burnt on the outside which sealed in the juices. The melted cheese complimented the burger and worth every calories. I don't eat burgers that much but when I do, I try to find the best. I'll definitely be back soon! So glad to have a burger place so close to the beach.

Decided to get some food after going through the aquarium. Great selection of burgers and shakes! Food was delicious. We got the teriyaki burger and Betty's Spicy Burger, 2 orders of onion rings and a large chocolate shake. Food was cooked to order, was reasonable to get the food out to us and everything was so good. Fresh and not obnoxiously gigantic portions. Just right. Priced fairly and had shaded places to sit and eat at. Will come again!

Should have taken a picture of my meal, but I ended up inhaling it. If you should ever be in Waikiki, hit this place up, like seriously!!!!! It's located right off of Royal Hawaiian Ave. I had the cheeseburger, French fries and a chocolate shake! It's worth it. These guys are legit! Go check them out! The service was great and the staff was super friendly. I'm definitely going back!
