Pros: Great work, completed simple embroidery in 1-2 weeks. Fair pricing. Enjoyed communicating with Mike. Cons:Location is crowded, I wasn't initially able to find parking and the area is pretty sketchy. One of the employees was straight up rude, tried to jack up pricing, don't wanna name but he also was smoking right outside the establishment and my stuff smelled like cigarettes. Despite this, the pros outweigh the cons and I would work with them again.

Out of town looking to trade or have collectible HPD patches made, they just flat refused to do any of the above.

Five stars for quality of work and fair pricing. Mike was extremely helpful and I am thrilled with the finished patch - I will be back.
