Bar Coco

Thank you Ashley and BarCoco for adding such an amazing special touch to our wedding. My husband and i had the sweet pleasure of having Ashely and her team serve us during our wedding at Dillingham Ranch earlier this month (Oct 2022). We met Ashley serendipitously at our friend's wedding earlier this year and can't be more happy that we connect. Ashley was a godsend. Everything that one can worry about regarding keeping your friends/family happy and hydrated was taken care of. From the beginning process of curating the perfect signature cocktails to designing our cocktail menu signage, and providing excellent service all night, Ashley and her team made everything smooth and easy. We loved the options Ashley offered in the various amount of signature cocktails they have--as well as brainstorming with us on creating a special drink that caters to both our taste buds. Our guests loved the signature drinks which included a pog-infused foam topping and edible drink toppers. Ashley was also super helpful in providing us with a drink list for purchasing and even picked up our alcohol prior to our event to make day of planning that much smoother. BarCoco provided all cups, garnishes, ice, etc--the entire gambit of requirements. Honestly, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you so much again--for being soo easy to work with and offering much-needed creativity to make our signature drinks come to life. Would highly recommend working with Bar Coco! Also! their bar carts/tables that you can rent are soo cute too!

Ashley is amazing!! It's clear she's experienced & enjoys what she does. Drinks were delicious & looked beautiful. The entire process was easy & the communication with Ashley was smooth (always available). From beginning to end everything was perfect. We used Ashley and BarCoco for our outdoor wedding at Kualoa Ranch in July 2022. Ashley made the whole "hiring a bartender" process so easy and enjoyable, and we highly recommend her!One thing we really liked about Ashley was her prompt and thorough responses. She made herself very available to answer our many questions - we had many as we'd never planned a wedding nor hired a bartender before! She was always available to answer our questions by email or text. We usually received a reply in a few minutes to hours. She helped us create a menu based on our guests' preferences. She made an easy-to-follow shopping list for us. Another thing that was super helpful (and thoughtful) was that she drove out to meet us before our event to pick up the alcohol from us a couple weeks before our event. She offered this to us predicting that the run-up to the event would be hectic, and she was right!As mentioned, our wedding was outdoor and our venue was a blank canvas. Ashley's mobile bartending service provided everything we needed to keep our guests both hydrated and lubricated: cups, coolers, napkins, ice, a bar cart for cocktail hour, a bar front for the reception, decor, personalized drink signs, water towers for plantation iced tea and water, and a bin to distribute bottled water. Her bar front and bar cart were both beautiful. We could tell she put a lot of work and love into them.Finally, we received a lot of compliments from our guests on one of her signature drinks, Toasted Coconut, and also were told how nice Ashley and her team were. Ashley was such a pleasure to work with. These vibes really show in her work as she went above and beyond for us. We really couldn't be happier.

Ashley of Bar Coco was referred to us by our wedding coordinator and we're glad we did used their services during our wedding in Loulu Palms. Ashley was awesome, very friendly and professional during our summary call and shopping lists/tips that made us feel more prepared and less stressed. Shout out to Jamie Lynn and her husband for meeting us just so they can get our drinks prepared for guests the day of our wedding. And during our wedding day Jamie Lynn and her partner ( sorry didn't get the guy's name) showed up on time and our guests complimented on how great the drinks were. They kept the night rolling!! We will definitely recommend Bar coco for future events!

Ashley went above and beyond for our June 2023 wedding. Our initial impression was that she is incredibly friendly, well organized, and knows what she is doing. This impression continued throughout our video consultation, our big day, and afterwards. Ashley made our destination wedding go very smoothly and took things off our plates, which are hard to coordinate when coming in from another country. She picked up our glassware, tablecloth, and napkin rentals from Pacific Party Rentals before our wedding, and returned them afterwards. She did our alcohol shopping for our event. Our caterer was unable to provide us with menu cards. We reached out to Ashley, as we loved her drink menu design. Without hesitation, she took on the project, sending us multiple mock-ups of our food menus. She printed the food menus and they looked fantastic at our wedding. We still have one on our mantle at home. Our guests loved interacting with Ashley. They collectively came up with a twist on a non-alcoholic drink option- turning the well-behaved into the misbehaved. We heard about this for weeks afterwards and how much fun they had with her. Ashley took videos and photographs during our special day, which was very appreciated. I would absolutely recommend working with Ashley to reduce the stress leading up to your big day!

I chose Bar Coco for my wedding and I'm so glad I did. Ashley worked with me and my fiancé on the menu and even helped us shop for the alcohol since we were coming from the mainland. She was extremely professional and made delicious drinks. Highly recommend Bar Coco!

Ashley and her team are absolutely amazing!! From the very beginning of planning through the execution of the big day it could not have been more of a dream. Ashley truly goes above and beyond to ensure no detail is missed. Planning for an outdoor venue with almost no onsite resources can be a more challenging task than others. Ashley and her team made this look and feel easy. Her bartenders were extremely friendly to guests and professional with their setup and service. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with this team and look forward to future opportunities to host events with Bar Coco behind the bar!

I had 1 week to plan a surprise birthday party and the original mobile bar I requested was unavailable. They recommended Bar Coco and Ashley reached out to me with her available packages and was willing to fill in at the last minute. She squeezed in a taste test 2 days before the event and made changes to the drinks based on what worked best for our crowd. She was patient and extremely fun to work with. Everyone at the party loved her drinks. Can't wait to use her again for our next event.
