Balloons N Beyond

For my daughter's 1st birthday party I didn't want to spend time prepping and blowing up balloons for her party. I went on Yelp and found Balloons N Beyond and went on their website. I emailed for more information and ended up booking a balloon decoration package. Everything was done via email and Chad was very helpful in choosing my colors, theme and answered all my questions. On the day of the party, there was someone already there setting up the decorations. He was very efficient and the displays looked awesome. Very affordable considering the time it takes to blow up balloons and turn them into festive eye candy. Highly recommend if you're looking for decorations for a party!

Holy moly, I had no idea balloons costed so much! I priced different balloon vendors for my son's birthday party and Balloons N Beyond had the most reasonable prices for what I was looking for. They have a ton of options and packages to choose from and aren't limited to what you see on the website. If you have any ideas, bring it to their attention and they will definitely work with you. I had a lot of questions, especially with regards to setup and Chad was so good about answering my questions and helping me to make a decision on the right package. Chad even provided me with multiple pictures to choose from so that they could provide us with exactly what we were looking for. When I placed my order, the invoice was sent promptly.On the day of the event, Crystal and another nice female came to set everything up. They were quick and efficient and not only made the stage look great, but also made the check-in table much more festive and the centerpieces were complete with the trio of balloons tied to them. The next time I throw a party, they will be the ones I call!

I don't go to kid's parties very often since I don't have kids and neigh do my friends. We recently went to a first birthday party for our friend's daughter. Balloons N Beyond were there. I was amazed at their balloons that I saw the kids were playing with and running around with so I had to check it out and even get one for myself. They stuff a balloon bubble with other balloons. Say what? You get to choose a balloon bubble and then choose other balloons to fill it with. They blow up the balloons and put them in the bubble and voila, a bubble with balloons. This is way more cool than your average balloon animals. The people were also very friendly and fast.The bubble is supposed to be very durable for kids to play with. I can vouch for that since I watched the kids run around with their balloons and there was no popping. Attending first birthday parties have been getting less frequent for me so I'm not up to speed with a lot of frequently used vendors, but this past weekend I attended a party with Stuff-A-Bubble by Balloons N Beyond. I was most impressed with this activity where children can customize their very own balloon bubbles which the company claim are durable enough to play with outdoors and may last over 3 months. When put to the Cade Test, my rambunctious 4 year old son took the gold by popping the balloon within the first hour. However, he made another and it's doing fine on day three. Stuff-A-Bubble was a big hit with all the kids! By the end of the party all the children had gathered in one area tossing and playing with their balloons. It was really nice to see the kids having so much fun!

The towers at the front, the name arch, the set of balloons at our sign in table and the added extra touches was beyond what I had expected. Then there was the Stuff-a-Balloon which was a big hit with the kids and the adults! If in doubt? Get this service, it was worth every penny! The staff that set up everything at the venue also took care of everyone as they came through the line for their stuffed balloon; they were great with the kids, so patient and welcoming! Everyone was great which made the entire experience an absolute joy, from the initial inquiry with Chad to the goodbyes when the staff left the party! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ELEVATE ANY EVENT!!!

We wanted some balloon decorations for my daughter's birthday party held at Gymboree Play Gym. The result that we got was above and beyond my expectation. The experience from the start to finish was outstanding. I first contacted the company via online form on the website. The response was timely. What impressed me during the email communications that followed was that not only was he able to give excellent ideas, he listened to what I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget. He also must have done research on what the party location was like because all his recommendations were spot on - from colors to patterns. Here are the reasons why I would HIGHLY recommend the company:- Professional communication - email communication saved a lot of hassle for me because I was able to contact him on my own schedule instead of playing phone tags - Efficient payment system - online deposit and the rest of the payment at the event- Attentiveness to customer needs

Chad responded 4/14 apologizing for not getting back to me quickly and giving reasons why. He noted that this is a busy weekend for charity events even though it's been almost a month. He told me he would send me the invoice in a week but, did it quicker than that and it was in less than two days. I do like the way he does his invoices. Unlike other vendors that charge a convenience fee if we pay by card. Hate that.I said I would update my review when he responded. Now I feel like things will be going on track. I think the highest I could give this company is a 4 star rating depending on the final product which isn't until December.

Highly highly recommend Balloons and Beyond for all your decor and party needs! Chad was so easy to work with. He replied to all emails fairly quickly and was able to help me order exactly what I wanted "Ala carte" instead of forcing me to go with one of the pre-set packages. I ended up ordering 25 bunches of 3 balloons each for centerpieces (blue, red, yellow, green and black w/ white polka dots), 2 larger balloon bouquets for the pillars outside, and a Stuff-a-bubble for my son (the birthday boy) to play with because he loves balloons.On the day of, Jeremy showed up exactly on time and went straight to work grouping my color combinations together, assembling each onto a centerpiece, and even curling all the ribbon ends so that they would look nice. He got that all done in record time, considering the amount of leg work that my order required. All he asked me was a few quick preference questions while he was getting everything in order, and the next thing I knew, he was done and they all looked fabulous. I was impressed and so appreciative....it definitely helped to NOT contribute to my sky-high stress level that morning. He even came bearing an extra Stuff-a-bubble for my son with a different color combo, just in case he wanted one more to play with or his other one popped. That was so nice. They really did an excellent job....the balloons added such fun to the mix, and looked amazing with the other decor I had planned. The party was a great success. I can't recommend this place enough!

Bottom line up front -- if you are not 100% committed to using their services and are within a 30-day window of your event, DO NOT pay the deposit, otherwise you'll have to pay a cancellation fee or the entire balance. My family is planning a first birthday for our daughter this month and we were shopping around for balloon vendors, and came across Balloons N Beyond. I spoke to Chad over the phone, he was very accommodating and friendly. Since I was in a time crunch I went ahead and decided to pay the $50 deposit. I paid the deposit on January 10 for a party at the end of the month. The only reasons we were not completely set on Chad are because of the price and how (based on the photos),the balloon decorations seemed limited in style. Chad reached out via text today (January 20) to confirm, and I told him we have to cancel. To be clear, he was on my list of vendors to contact tomorrow (January 21) before our 12-hour flight to Hawaii. When I told him we have to cancel he advised that the supplies were already ordered, so we went back and forth a bit via text and he didn't budge with waiving the cancellation fee because of the supply order, ALMOST scheduling staff to work, and canceling a vehicle rental. I completely understand he has a business to run, my main complaint is that he was not transparent upfront when we chatted over the phone. To me, all he cared about was making money. There is nothing written in the company's policy if an event is booked within a 30-day window. So shame on me, that should've been a yellow flag right there. I also highly believe the balloons did not cost $200 (deposit + cancellation fee), but again I understand that he has a business. I wish Chad was more understanding of our situation but now I know better when dealing with vendors like this in the future. He offered me a $150 credit for a future balloon rental, but since I'm not local can I gift it to someone else?? :) Hope this helps future customers, good luck!

I was not interested in the preset packages and wanted ala carte & that's exactly what we did. I got the name arch with 2 towers. My daughter had a bee themed party & he was able to coordinate the colors I wanted (Pink & Gold). On the day of my daughter's party, they showed up right on time and went straight to work assembling the arch (balloon towers were made before hand) & got it up less than 15 minutes. I was happy with the outcome.They were awesome & the balloons added such fun and flowed with the party theme which was a great success.There is a deposit of 15% of total (can be paid with card). And the rest paid cash on the day of. I would recommend them for your party!y
