Balloon Creations by Doug was performing at a 5 year old birthday celebration that I was invited to at The Kapolei Golf Clubhouse. He is personable and great with the children. He offers a menu to select your balloon art from and he knows far more characters to make. Just ask him for a character and you may be surprised. The children were delighted by his balloon art. One of the children's favorite was a bow and arrow balloon design that is interactive! It actually shoots balloon arrows! He placed lights inside the balloons for the 5 year old table decoration.
