Bag's end is the best place to get what your looking for at top quality & at the best prices.I have been going there for over 10 years. I get alot of my jewelry and electronics from there. Nana and Pat are great.

I've had a good time shopping here. I'm interested in certain used products and the staff keep a lookout for me. I've gotten some deals. Nice folks. I'll dicker a little bit.

(Only doing review because it popped up on my news feed suggesting different businesses and realized I like this place)Been here several times over the last decade, Pat is Hella cool.. the lady (so sorry I can't remember her name) she is really friendly as well. Pricing is fair all the way around, anyone who says he will jew you is just salty probably because whatever they tried to bring wasn't quality or worth buying..People have to remember that its a shop, so why would a person(the owner) want to get stuck with someone else's junk that they over paid for and isnt going to be resellable? Especially if its on a loan and you're unable to keep up loan payments? NO ONE WOULD. Be realistic... I want to 'de bunkp' the hate comments/reviews I just noticed because this place is NOT sketchy at all, the people who work here are very professional and I don't care if it's at night right before they're closing or if you're the only person there. Never had any issues or any feelings of uncomfortability based on the shop's environment or whatever you want to call it.. which I can't say for all pawn shops I have been to. Anyways, go see the owner if you have (real) gold. Literally got exactly what i asked for when he asked whatbi wanted for it...oh and watches... he likes (unique/quality) watches... this is a lot longer than I had anticipated :)

Excellent service from Patrick! He is very kind, knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely coming back to buy and sell with him. They have a range of products from electronics, TVs, handbags, watches, etc. They are located on the Diamond Head side of Kalakaua Ave. right across Palama Super Market. I hope to visit them in the near future to see what new products arrive!

Best pawn shop on the island always gives fair prices and they always have something worth buying plus owners are amazingly nice people with exceptional customer service.Some of the items they have are iPads, Beats by Dre Designer bags like Gucci,Louis Vuitton, and Burberry

Patrick is a walking encyclopedia. Knows everything about everything. Lol. He's fair and honest.

Always done me right in taking care of and returning my property at the end of the loan.The place looks like a pawn shop should in my mind; almost clean, items stacked high and deep everywhere you look, scanning and and finding all sorts of stuff you'd want and things you didn't know you wanted. I go to no other shop...

Took some diamonds there to see what they may offer for them. Got it tested before hand and checked out as real diamonds by Kay jewelers. Was told by the worker that the boss said they were fake. Lol this place seems shady do not recommend.

I like Patrick, the owner of the store. He was such a knowledgeable and good businessman. It was my first time selling my bags, and he gave me a reasonable price.

Poor, unprofessional service. Low quality good. And dubious clientele often hang around this store playing loud music in the middle of the day. There's no such thing as a high-class pawn shop, but this one is particularly grimy. I recommend you avoid it.
