Horrible service. The woman I spoke to about parts found the ones i needed in stock, she called me and told me they were available at a certain price. So, i drive out there only to find out she isn't there. Then they tell me they dont have the part and they'll have to special order it which will take afew weeks and the cost is now $100+ dollars more than the price she originally gave me. They told me she went back to measure the part and it came out wrong?! So, why tell me you got the part if you weren't 100% sure. Wasted my time coming out with no one trying to help fix the situation. They tell me call the girl and you can talk about it. Bs bacon you suck

Horrible customer services. The girl on sales brandy was rude and was hard to try to contact us back in a tractor purchase so we went to Hilo side and the price over there from a sister company went up for 4 thousand dollars more. We also got a part that it cost us 20$ and after a week they called us and told us the freight price was like 100$ and this part wasn't discussed when we walked in for get the piece after a week later and the lady in the phone was also rude about it. Seriously if you can try no to get you ag equipment here. Our experience is being bad so far and just emotional stressful. If this people doesn't want to sell they are doing a great job.
