Aston Waikiki Beach Tower

My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago and it was beyond our expectations. Staff and service were very friendly and attentive, to the front desk, valet, and housekeeping. Loved the central location in Waikiki where dining, shopping, and of course the beach are all within walking distance. The condo style hotel room was spacious, clean, and very cozy with spectacular views of the ocean. We selected a 2 bed/2bath room for our family of 4. One room had a king bed and the other had 2 twins, plus there was a Queen sofa bed in the living room. It had all the amenities of living in a condo, with modern kitchen appliances, washer/dryer unit, and bidet toilets! The only minor complaint is the noise levels of neighboring hotels where some nights you can hear the live DJ music at Alohailani and the exotic sounds of a hula show at The Marriot, unless you keep your windows closed. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations and will definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect location for reaching tons of foodie spots, the beach, the boardwalk, and the zoo... The rooms were perfect and the kitchen plenty... Staff were helpful and always had a smile. The parking for the week was super reasonable, and plenty for sure... Note that the parking is open to the public also, so if you're driving in the area and need parking, this is the place!!! The Only one thing keeps this place from being 5 stars is the elevators. Sometimes, you would be waiting what seemed like an eternity to catch one of them... I think they should have a service elevator for staff because the carts take up space, and with all the people staying here, every inch of the elevator is definitely needed.The price for our stay and parking were suoer reasonable I would definitely come back here to stay with my family!!!

If you're looking for a place to stay that is reasonably priced, close to the beach (two minute walk), and has a full size kitchen, this place is for you. The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family with kids under the age of three. Huge living room and enough space for the six of us. It was our home away from home.Amazing service right from the minute we arrived. We gave our name, they were ready for us. Gave us shell necklaces, welcome drinks, and wet towels. The front desk person walked us right to our room to show us around and how things worked and gave us a goodie bag with full size reusable water bottles, beach/water toys for the kids, and toiletries for sunbathing. There were also complimentary cans of Hawaiian drinks in the fridge. Awesome! I've never felt so welcomed at a hotel. The main bedroom was beautiful, but the smaller room was less decorated and had a musk to it. They also had bidets in both bathrooms. So fancy. I loved it! We would definitely come back again. Close to everything. It's even right next to a 24 hour McDonald's if you have the munchies.

Great busy location for a nice stroll day and night; quick walk to the ocean. Warm welcome greeting which was unexpected and was a very nice touch. Room was beautiful with a nice view and in good condition. Staff was friendly. Only had issues with housekeeping. Day one was great. Day two they said they couldn't come back an hour later and recommended we let them take out the trash and change towels for that days' service. However front desk had no issues with them coming back, so they did. There was an issue with them leaving the hard lock on our door without removing it when they left and the manager happened to be there as we were leaving our room and realized the door was not fully locked. After they were done that evening, the 10+ throw pillows were piled up, stove wasn't cleaned and they didn't refill the laundry pod, which was different from the first day that they serviced. Day 3 they did not come at all until we asked around 6pm. They said they checked twice, but the do not disturb sign was on - we were somewhat in and out that day I guess? We returned that night and smelled some kind of chemical/gas smell. Had someone come check and they did smell something unusual so they sprayed Lysol in the vents. Front desk person insists it was oil in a frying pan from next door and everything was on electric. We know what cooking oil smells like, and that wasn't it. Thankfully they understood we were uncomfortable sleeping there for safety and moved us to another room. So, after all the experience, we would say 4.5-5 stars.

Trip for a birthday celebration, pre-COVID. Booked the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower 2bdr/2ba condo.Pros:Great location and convenient to Waikiki beach, restaurants, shopping, etcOcean view! (Patio runs the width of the room)Larger room (approx 1200 sqft)Full kitchen (with plates, small appliances, cookware,etc)Large living room for a movie night (plus couch is a pull out bed)Valet parkingFriendly and helpful staffCons:Bedrooms/bathrooms need updating and do not have a view of ocean (at least the tower I was in)Pool is very smallGrill needs to be reserved (and staff was 15-30 minutes late to start up grill for us)Housekeeping unpredictable (1 day did not show up, and the rest of the time they came at different times of day)Elevators can take a while, depending on crowdsValet parking has same issues as elevators

This is a top notch hotel if you are staying with a big family and wants all inclusive suites. The suites we got came with full kitchen and a Zojirushi rice cooker. The rooms were super clean, modern and had an amazing view. We got upgraded to the ocean view 2 bedroom suites. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and takes covid protocols very seriously. Which made us feel more comfortable staying here even more. It is located right across the street from Waikiki Beach and has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. You can get your sunset view every evening on the balcony.

First time staying @ Aston Waikiki Beach Tower and let me start off by describing this property in one word: WOW!! My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to spend our 4 day trip in Oahu here on the 32nd floor. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most amazing balcony view. This living space came equipped with a nice living room, dining area, fully furnished kitchen, the craziest toilets I have ever seen [in a good kind of way]!! The hotel also provides a fitness center, private pool that is perfect for your little ones, and events such as wine tasting, hula lessons, & ukulele lessons [all complimentary].Customer service was courteous from the very start of our stay until the very very end. Hospitality really doesn't get any better than this. 5 solid stars. I'd make a return here in a heartbeat.

This is a Spectacular property and excellent location. Beach/Ocean View. Close to everything! All the ladies at the desks ( Mary, Alesa, Cindy, Yumi, Serena, and Jessica) and gentlemen outside were absolutely incredible. Especially Talen, he was incredible and so helpful. Everyone went above and beyond. Lots of Attention to detail and extremely kind with caring hospitality. We had a lovely time and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend Waikiki Beach Tower. You will have the time of your life! We will continue to stay at this resort for future trips.

A great place to stay with multiple people. I have stayed here several times in the past and it was wonderful. Close to just about everything. A beautiful view of Waikiki from up high. January, 2024. This trip we needed two rooms (3 people) because we were traveling with a friend who has some mobility issues. We needed a bathroom that would accommodate her (room had 2) plus needed a reliable parking space. This place fit the bill. Everything was clean and kitchen was nice to have. I have stayed in many place in Waikiki. This place was super expensive. I think more than it was worth. Parking was reliable and reasonable. Staff were attentive and friendly. If we could have filled the room it probably would be considered worth it.

Awesome staff and parking valets. Situated right in the place for beach and fine dining in walking distance.
