I needed to have poster boards and stickers made for my son's high school graduation dinner, and April did an outstanding job working with me and designing/creating outstanding items quickly! I was very impressed by her work and professionalism, and her outstanding customer service! I highly recommend April at Arts & Signs, and will definitely be back in the future!

Totally underrated graphic design company in the heart of downtown Honolulu. Family owned and operated business that takes care of your brand name logo and message you want to communicate. American as apple pie Art & Signs have been in the business for over 40 years. Stick the the name you know and trust. April is owner and does a wonderful job satisfying you! I had 3 graduates this year and was recommended to check out April at Arts and Signs. Not only was April quick to respond, she was quick to produce the signs and they look fantastic!! April even made them waterproof in case it rained! Highly recommend Arts and Signs for all your printing needs! Thank you April!!

During these unpredictable times, working in a restaurant can be difficult because things can change at a moments notice. Keeping patrons updated is very important and what better way to do that than with signs and banners! The restuarant next door had one of these banners up and I knew we would need one to keep business going. Noticed the name and number on the bottom of the banner and decided to get a quote. The quality of the banner is top notch! Big and bold lettering to get people's attention. Not only was their customer service exceptional, but they also have been donating banners to support local restaurants. Luckily I got the last one just in time. Thank you so much Art & Signs! You guys rock!

I tried to order a sign from this company, they never got back to me. I followed up a week and a half later, and they promised to get back to me. 3 days later after not hearing back from them, I tried again to order the sign. After not being able to find my email, I told her (April Ramos) I would resend it and she told me to "Go somewhere else." This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered and highly do NOT recommend this place. They are rude and unresponsive.

I super stoked on the fact that they made labels for school supplies. Super cute ones too. I saw that a few of my friends got some labels from them and it looked good. I figure I try something new this year since I have both of my kids attending school. So of course I called and inquired about it, $20 for 300 labels. Not too bad considering it would save me time. So the girl April was really nice over the phone gave me an email to place my order. So of course I place the order, 2 sets one spiderman and one hello kitty. She sends me a proof thhe next day but the stickers had my middle name as my kids last name, which I was fine with but emailed her to let her know what the corrections were with the last names. And to confirm those are the designs I wanted. Of course, she emails me back and states that she'll have it ready by friday, which would be next day. So I said great, I'll plan to leave work early to get them. So the place is easy to find, parking is good, just awkward. Go in and I requested my order, I was greeted by April. She came back with my stickers and BAM, it was still with my middle name as the last name. I was like omg, seriously. She just stood there and told me well I sent you the proof, and I continued to state that yes I saw the proof but I replied and explained that corrections needed to be made. She didn't say sorry, nor did she even offer any special since she messed up. She just told me, well I can redo it but it'll be a few days. Seriously, a few days.... to just change the last name? You're kidding me right? ! I said no that's ok, cancel the order. Unfortunately, I can't tolerate this like that, especially if you choose not to apologize for it. She shouldn't have made the assumption that the name on my email is my last name, which it isn't. And she should've read the email. Sorry but I won't be going again.

April! Thank you for all your help. I've used art and signs for the few times I needed stickers, and every time I used them it was quick and easy. Literally email her Sunday, responded on Monday and picked up items on Tuesday Thank you!

I've waited a month for labels and still to no avail, I got NOTHING!!! April straight lied to me saying,"Sorry I sent the layout and was waiting for your okay. I'll resend as soon as i get to work tomorrow sorry about that." (No reply till 3 days later, until I emailed back again) So with a lot of back and forth emailing, I just told her I already found someone else to do it, because a month of trying was NEVER going to work out!!! Then she emailed me back saying, "Sorry about that. Without a white background I had to try to clean upthe image without getting it pixalated & it takes me way longer to create a design that way. Really Sorry." Wait first you told me you did it, and now your saying it was really hard for you and you didn't do it?!? Very bad for business!! I doesn't take a MONTH to do, so I'll give them "0" stars. Never again!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in to their shop 2 weeks. The lady in the front told me that was plenty of time for them to create my order which was sticker labels for my son's birthday. She told me to email them my order on what design I was going for and how much I needed. I emailed them once, didn't hear from them for 3 days, so I emailed them again to see if they could still do my order. Didn't hear from them. So I got worried maybe they didn't want to do my order so I went on Etsy, ordered my labels from there instead and got it less than a week since it was mailed from the mainland. I didn't think this place would've been such bad service since the lady who I spoke too seemed so nice in person. How are we locals suppose to "support local" when they aren't even doing their part. *rolls eyes*
