I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Aritzia at the MOA location. Not sure why this location has low ratings and negative reviews? I literally came in looking like a bum and received exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to help.The associates were incredibly knowledgeable about the products, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly matched my needs. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, and their expertise made my shopping experience enjoyable and efficient.What impressed me the most was their genuine enthusiasm and patience. They answered all my questions without hesitation and even went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a personalized experience truly set them apart.I left the store feeling satisfied not only with my purchases but also with the overall shopping experience. It's rare to find such dedicated and friendly associates, and I will definitely return because of the outstanding service I received. Thank you, Tija, Trey, and Courtney, for making my visit a memorable one!

I'm not sure why this store has such a low rating. I was introduced to this store less than a year ago and I am in love with everything I have ever purchased from here.Yes, it is expensive...but they have staple pieces you will be able to wear forever! The material is incredible and looks great even after washing and drying normal (usually with expensive clothes I have to hand wash and hang dry, but not with Aritzia). The customer service is also amazing. I am pretty clueless when it comes to shopping and Kira and Alyssa are super helpful! They are really good at recommending clothes to fit your body type and style. I love everything about this store and most of the time it's the only reason I go to the mall!PS: Park by Morton's/Neiman Marcus for a front row spot and walk right up to this store without having to hustle through the mall crowds!

There's a brunette girl named Tia and she is legit the best. I came in kinda clueless, and she just got it. Pulled stuff I'd never even think to try, and now they're my fav pieces. She was super nice, not pushy at all, and made the whole thing so easy. Honestly, she made shopping fun (which for me is saying a lot). Aritzia's lucky to have her. if you are shopping at the Ala Moana location, make sure to ask for tia.

Located on the 2nd floor heading towards the Target area. Store is pricey but the clothing is so soft! Buttery soft leggings almost had me at hello until I saw the price. I know the brand I prefer so I'll stick with paying that elsewhere! Signage in the store indicating Black Friday deals although I was a bit confused because I thought the sign said 50% off everything but the sweatshirt my daughter got was 30% off. Anyhow it was better paying the sale price for a plain sweatshirt. Again but sooo soft!! The staff at the register was friendly and despite the store being packed they kept the line flowing.

Spacious, minimalistic ambiance that tastefully showcases their contemporary style (e.g., think chic, young professional meets sporty athleisure). Impeccable assistance from Spencer--hands down one of the most attentive sales associates ever. Spencer is not only friendly and outgoing, but has a keen eye for fashion--if you have the time and want someone to take the reigns on styling you, Spencer is the go-to expert. With an expansive array of products, and excellent service, this is surely one of my favorite Aritzia locations to date!

I went shopping at Aritzia this week and OMG, the customer service was so slay! All the girls were super sweet, especially tia! She was so sweet and literally helped me make a whole new style wardrobe. She helped me make my pinterest board style inspo come to life. if you go to aritzia at the ala moana location, ask for tia lol

Probably wouldn't be fair to rate Aritzia based off of my Black Friday experience, but I'm here in this app after being on hiatus, so tough luck lol. I've always loved Aritzia since discovering the store while I lived in Colorado. Beautiful ensembles, where I have found plenty posh and professional pieces. With their deals, I decided to get some clothing today. Since starting my new work position this month, what better time to stock up on fresh business attire than during a sale.The employees were all friendly, despite how slammed they were. Everyone held their cool and maintained their mannerism, line moved quickly and efficiently, so kudos to the team for their excellent effort!

If you ask me about modern women's clothing brands, I have zero clue. But I'm learning from my wife. She's been awaiting the opening of Aritzia in Ala Moana Shopping Center for a while. Apparently it's a really popular brand.Based on the time of the reviews here, I guess it's been open for a few months, and never noticed. It's probably my fault because I usually take her through the third level.Aritzia is located on the second level, middle area, across from Longs, next to Madewell (another popular brand that I learned).At most women's clothing stores or women's section in a department store, the sales associates usually acknowledges my wife rather than both of us. It doesn't bother me because I feel it's normal already. However, when the sales do acknowledge the both for us and treat us with excellent customer service, I'll remember it.The staff here are all very friendly and courteous. We've been here twice already, and both times, almost the entire staff asked if need any help or said "Hi, welcome." My wife found some things, and at least five employees helped in some way through the whole process of trying on and paying. I was offered to sit on the couch while I wait, which was incredibly low and soft for some reason. My knees were almost passed my head! Or did I sit on a kids couch?Overall, the store is very organized and clean and cool. Top notch customer service. And the clothes isn't painfully expensive.

Get Spencer! He's the best and has taste. He offered to dress me and my friend. He always got clothes for us in the fitting room and made sure we were having fun trying on clothes. Felt like a Barbie doll!

I was a little overwhelmed picking out items in the store yesterday, and Spencer not only found some great items but paired them in cute little outfits and did so much running around so I could mix and match and have the right sizes. The service was phenomenal, so friendly and creative and helpful. The clothes are lovely, if a bit pricey. Great for basics to build a wardrobe. I'll be back for sure!
