Amy's Shrimp was so delicious and delectable we made a 2nd visit in 5 days.Huge head on shrimp laid across a bed of rice with a tasty green sale on the side. The shrimp were well seasoned with a garlic sauce unlike any other I've tasted. Made to order as we waited. This truck in locates on a corner with perhaps 20 other trucks serving food. Amy's though was the busiest. The area is clean with plenty room for sitting down at picnic style tables.The staff is cool, friendly and has good suggestions too.

It's located with the food truck park with plenty of food truck options and tables to sit at.I got the ago tuna poke rice bowl with crab salad and avocado. It was delicious and all of the ingredients tasted fresh.It just took 5-10 minutes to get my food

Very solid garlic shrimp choice if you don't want to drive all the way to north shore. A bunch of food trucks all surrounded together in Waikiki. Price point was basically the same but the only downside is no Mac salad. I thought plate lunches all had the famous Mac salad??

Got their Famous Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp Plate ($20.75) with the head on at medium spicy. You get six large shrimps soaked in a garlic butter sauce, laid on top of white rice and a salad on the side. Whatever dressing they put in that salad is underrated. The shrimp itself is great, just make sure you have on wet wipes handy, although they do give you disposable gloves when peeling the shrimps. That garlic butter sauce that soaks into the white rice makes the rice a lot more enjoyable to consume. For sure a must stop on your trip.

Love this place! Always have to come back. Usually one of the first stops and the last stop before I leave. It's about the garlic shrimp!!! They serve poke bowls too, but I just always eat the garlic shrimp. Highly recommend it!! Love that this location is always available too!

Salmon poke bowl is exactly what I've been hoping it would be! Added to the experience is the Hawaii plantation iced tea.Nice man serving and price was about $20

I have had lots of shrimp in Hawaii and around the world and this was hands down the most flavored garlic spicy shrimp I've ever had. I also could drink the dressing that comes on the side salad! Definitely recommend Amy's Shrimp and Poke shack at the food truck mall in Honolulu! The staff was super friendly as well. I cannot speak on the poke as I didn't try it but the shrimp is such a must, absolutely PACKED with flavor! I got the head on which is a little more difficult to work through, but I believe has more flavor. Definitely a must try in Honolulu!

Cute little food truck. You have your options between poke nachos, shrimp plate or poke bowl. We opted for all of them! The fish tasted fresh and not fishy! Everything paired well with one another. My favorite was the poke nachos! Service was great! They were helpful and friendly! Everything on the menu that we had tasted amazing.

Well-made, poke! Prompt service, and love the ambience of the food truck area! Cool spot!!

The Ahi Poke Nachos with the house sauce and crab salad-delicious! Wish I lived in Hawaii-this would be a regular visit!
