Oh goodness... This place is amazing!!!!!! Being a small business owner myself, I can't believe I didn't know about this place until a friend of mine told me. I've always been buying my jewelry displays online and they tack on a whopping shipping price because of living in Hawaii. I'm super excited to have finally gone and bought a great amount of display shy of only $50!!!! I was vending at a trunk show in Chinatown that night so I wanted to get some new displays. It wasn't at all hard to find, tucked away in Kalihi near the shopping center with Sugoi's in it. Upon entering, a nice lady working (ahh I'm so sad I didn't get her name) but she was very welcoming and helpful with specific things I wanted. Luckily they had everything I wanted in stock for such an amazing price! Most of the things I picked were either under $5 or $8 a piece. *FOAMING AT THE MOUTH* Amazing!!! Customer service was amazing and I love supporting businesses who treat their customers to their needs... not just sell the most expensive thing you could offer. She even offered me to visit another local business in the area. I purchased:-(2) flat necklace busts in black velvet, which by the way is smooth and soft as hell! Also attached is a little loop so you could easily hang them on a hook/wall. Convenient. -A set of acrylic risers (came in a set of 3) perfect for giving dimension for your table so all merchandise can be seen. -(2) jewelry cases with (2) Velvet liners (sold separately) in black velvet-(1) Earring flap display in black velvet-(2) 9" velvet circle pads in black velvetI believe if I were to buy it online with shipping this would have easily been $80+... I now have an account there and will most definitely be buying all of my displays from here from now on :) No paying an arm and a leg AND waiting on shipping anymore. LOVE IT!

Years ago when I had a traveling retail business I often came to American Retail Supply to purchase everything from hangars to racks to mannequins to shopping bags! Conveniently located off of Waiakamilo Road, they sell all the retail supplies you'd need to run a storefront or booth. Yes, you can order online for a little cheaper, but there's something nice about being able to see and touch exactly what you're buying. Plus you get great customer service which is extra helpful when you're a newbie in the retail business'

So excited I found these guys!!! I was searching online for rolling racks here in Hawaii and this company came up. I gave them a call and Sophie was SO nice and helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and was able to help me get my order placed quickly and even arrange shipping to Maui for me. SCORE!!!!!

This place is located right across woodcraft Hawaii. My first visit and it was a really great experience. I wish I had gotten the employees name but he was super helpful! They have a great selection of bags, ribbons, and displays just in their showroom. Will definitely be returning in the future and I highly recommend this place to others!

I've been buying display equipment here for years and love the service that Russell and Sophia provide. This is Hawaii's best retail supply store with the most selection and in-stock availability. They've got more than Pacific Store Fixtures but don't expect a mainland style huge warehouse and don't be bummed if they have to bring the item in from one of their mainland locations because they just don't have the retail base to support carrying a mainland style inventory on island. So be prepared and get your store fixtures and displays early. Russell is great at finding what you need and if you're on the neighbor islands they'll drop it off at Young Brothers which is much cheaper than UPS/FedEx.

As a first-time retailer, i had no idea where to go to purchase displays and equipment to set up a store. EVERY SINGLE staff member is genuinely friendly and helpful, they did not make me feel ignorant and even congratulated me on my new venture. The showroom has examples of what they carry and have great ideas for what you didn't know you needed. Great place!

Came here for the first time and this place is amazing! We were looking for jewelry displays and Sophia was so helpful! She took the time to price out a few displays we were considering and was also able to order an item that they didn't have in stock. She was also very knowledgeable about the plastic bag ban and type of plastic bag that is allowed. She even walked us through the process and pricing of printing paper bags as an alternative. I am very happy to find this company because I prefer to see the physical items that I am considering to purchase.
