Wish I could give it less than one star! The owner actually yelled at me even though I hadn't been rude or raised my voice. They are supposed to service Medicare clients yet don't do wheelchair repair or even order the parts for you to fix yourself. Please DO NOT CALL THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!

My mom had a stroke 2/2/17 and Jenny helped us rent a bed and sold us supplies. They were very helpful and empathetic.We live Waimanalo and they still delivered! I still sometimes go there even though my mom is now in a pvt care home.

I dont know where to begin with this place, long story short, i called for my grand father to help him get a wheel chair, talk to a jenny or jeanie and she wasnt to helpful and as soon as i mention we had medicare insurance with hmsa and VA she immediately told me they dont have wheel chairs and when i asked when will they have some she said she didnt know and told me to go to the VA, she work there and dont know a thing? hmm....i just hope one day she need a wheel chair and gets turn away! wait and see how that feels! I also work in the medical field and will never refer patients here to give this place business! and i always help my patients as much as i can no matter what insurance they have!
