Cannot say enough positive things about this company. They came through last minute when another vendor dropped the ball and even met me in a more convenient location even though it was technically will call. The rentals were beautiful.

Loved working with Kim and her team! Easy communication when I needed an answer and reserving the products we needed was very easy online. I loved how they executed my vision with the lounge set up and other decor we rented. I sadly didn't get to enjoy any of it lol but all my guests did so that is what matters! Loved it all.

I hired them twice! Kristell and Kim created beautiful lounge sets for my wedding and my mother's special birthday. They always arrive on time, they work with you to give you exactly what you want, they do research to match any theme you give them (like Korean birthday, or Bohemian rustic), and they put in an effort to add personal touches that drive home the special meaning to your event. I especially love them because they don't need a ton of direction. I gave them a theme, a budget, some colors, and they handled the rest. Their lounges make for beautiful settings for family photos or elevating the ambience of your special event from low-key chill to elegant and bougie, without adding any stress. They literally do all the heavy lifting. Our wedding guests also loved the lounges so much that 2 years later, they still have those photos set as their profile pics on Facebook. And my mom's birthday pics came out so beautifully that I got multiple requests for the vendors and venue. Their work truly adds a magic touch to any special event, making those moments magical.

I've had the opportunity to work with Ambient Rentals several times over the past couple of years and they have consistently impressed me! It's an adorable sister duo and one thing I really love about them is that they're local to Hawaii, which shows through in their aesthetic and mannerisms. They've been really responsive to communication (which is harder to come by than it should be in the wedding industry) and are always so happy and accomodating on-site. They come and personally help you style and stage their rentals, which is WAY better than the pick up/drop off approach. Did I mention that their rentals are adorable? There's a reason we've used them so much over the past couple of years, and will continue to do so. They have a cute, boho-chic vibe that goes really well with our naturally tropical backdrops here, LOVE. IT.Try them out for your events, you won't be disappointed!

I used Ambient Rentals during my Self Made Summit for women entrepreneurs. I'm so happy with my overall experience! We used their Light Rattan Lounge Set. Kristell and Kim paired the accent pillows to match our color scheme and also styled it perfectly with a tall bookshelf I used to place the swag bags.I'd like to acknowledge how hard these ladies hustle. It ain't easy transporting these beautiful, yet bulky furniture. But Ambient Rentals does it with enthusiasm and effectiveness. We got everything on time and these ladies had such a great attitude from the design phase to setup to breakdown.

We planned a 50th Anniversary drive-by for our parents so I knew we'd need a stunning piece to center our set-up and something that screamed nostalgic Hawaii. I also live in Los Angeles and was planning from there so I needed someone who I could communicate frequently with who was also convenient to work with. Ambient was every and all of those things. They respond quickly to emails, follow up, and confirm (which oddly I appreciate and not many businesses do). They also dropped off and picked up and made payment super easy as well. They're also just beautiful people to work with (I'm all about good mana!). Anyhow, so many people complimented us for the set up but I swear that loveseat made the entire set up. I highly recommend this sister duo. Aside from outstanding customer service, their products are in great condition!! Thank you for helping us make such a meaningful event even more memorable!!
