Auntie Pake..... such a jem. She makes you feel at home. With her jokes to the way she went out of the way to help us out for our wedding. Highly recommend, prices are very reasonable and lots to pick from for selection.

This review is long overdue, but this shop did our wedding flowers and they were PHENOMENAL. Great customer service and beautiful design... if you're planning a wedding on Oahu, this is a great option! My favorite of all our vendors! Todd is a kind spirit and an amazing florist. Made us feel right at home! In addition, the customer service was so amazing, they gave me a matching cake top flower to use one year after our wedding, when we defrosted the top :) what a Joy this place was to us!

My husband and I were beyond blessed to have had such an attentive, thorough and detailed florist for our special wedding day. From the beginning, Todd made us feel very comfortable and confident in his work. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the tropical flowers to be expected during our wedding season. Todd went above and beyond, bringing the exact vision we were looking for on our wedding day. My bouquet was phenomenal. Todd was always available for questions and responded in a timely fashion, which was quite valuable for our destination wedding. We were quite sensitive to the preservation of the flowers, so we were most appreciative of recycling our ceremony flowers to be reused for the reception as well. Due to covid, our wedding did have to be postponed once. Todd was incredibly reassuring to us during that difficult time, providing thoughtful and sincere words of advice. I will never forget our heartfelt conversations and his generosity. Todd has a wonderful heart. He is considerate, compassionate, kind, detail oriented and was a wonderful asset on our wedding day. Our special day would not have been the same without him. We loved all of our vendors. I was just walking around and came across Always Flowers. Todd made this beautiful arrangement for my daughter in minutes. Will definitely be coming back. Mahalo Todd!!!

TLDR: they are unprofessional and messed up our order on our wedding day. We originally chose Always Flowers because our friend had a store credit and wanted us to use it. From the beginning, Todd seemed uninterested in working with us and came off standoffish with my wife via email and phone. Maybe because he did not want to honor the credit. When I went in person, he told us our June 1st wedding was difficult to obtain things and that he was very busy. He's not at the store when he says he will be. My brother told me he also did not answer the phone when we realized their mistake. In addition, the number for the store credit seemed to change from the start of the conversation to the end and from what our friend said. When I tried to make an addition to our order, I followed up FIVE TIMES and he told me it was confirmed, but later said it was never added. I had the receipts to back it up. His bouquets and the lei I received were beautiful but I don't know if the bouquets were worth the price compared to what we could have done elsewhere- especially considering the hassle. He caused us a ton of stress and extra financial burden. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of our friends. The only original apology I got was "I'm sorry this affected your event." I replied with a very upset email to get refunded for my groomsmen lei which he followed up the same day, but a professional would know that an incomplete set is not useful and should have tried to right the wrong immediately. Maybe if you're doing a $3-4K floral addition he might show some care about one of the most important days of your lives.

I'm retired from the Hale Koa Hotel and once upon a time, (before Covid), Always Flowers provided beautiful floral arrangements for our hotel. They would even come by during the week to water and preen, switching out wilting foliage. I've used them for personal events and frequently recommended them to hotel guests and their families who wanted to have flowers in their loved ones rooms upon arrival. Beautiful family run company who exemplify the value of service and the true spirit of aloha.

Amazing service, amazingly fresh products, very reasonable prices, amazing everything!I had chosen to get real flowers for my wedding bouquet, family leis, groom's lei, and ceremony arch pieces. Todd and his team made the entire process from consultation to wedding day as painless as possible and I am truly grateful for that! During my consultation with Todd, he was very open-minded and receptive to my thoughts for what I envisioned. He also helped to steer me down a cohesive path with my ideas and the flowers that would be available during that time of the year. He would make suggestions to things I was impartial to or never really thought about. Todd was very engaged in getting every little detail right and it really showed in his work. Another thing I really appreciated was his transparency and his open communication. About a month or two before my wedding, Todd had called me to let me know that one of my flowers (king protea) might not be available. He had told me he was noticing he wasn't getting the flower in as much as the year prior and he then educated me on why this was the case and asked what I thought. I asked him what the options were, he gave me a couple, and we came up with a plan B. Luckily, the protea did come in but even if it didn't, I put my faith and trust in Todd and knew he would do everything he could to compensate for the missing flower. He takes great pride in his work and it really shows! Safe to say, I wouldn't go to any other wedding/event florist!

Todd is sooo amazing! We loved getting to work with him to bring our dream of having beautiful budget-friendly flowers at our wedding to life! It was so hard trying to find florist that can fit our budget of less than 5k. With that price, I got 10 aisle flowers (which was repurposed to centepieces), 2 arch flowers (which was repurposed to sweetheart table), 11 floating candle set for tables, bride's bouquet, 6 bridesmaid's small bouquet (which was actually bigger than I thought!), groom's boutineir and maile lei, 9 boutineirs (for 6 groomsmen and 3 dads), 3 ginger leis for moms and setting up/removal fee. He's very flexible because initially we would go with a circle arch then our coordinator found out that it's too thin. He was able to rearrange to a retangular arch post within a week before the wedding. We definitely recommend his service to our friends who are getting married in the future. WE LOVE YOU TODD!!!
