BUYER BEWARE! I purchased online approx 8 swim suits. Some took 1 month to come to me. Apparently they come fromChina. When I received all of them my daughter tried them on and not all fit. So I contacted them to start a return. They told me their return lol I was 21 days from date of purchase. It took over 21 days to get to me. They told me I could send back. I sent with tracking from USPS. I received confirmation 10 days ago it was received. They told me 7 days for refund. When I contacted them to ask status they replied and said I needed to send USPS tracking label, items and order number. I sent all. Still nothing....I won't buy from them again. Which is too bad because some were great and my daughter loves them.

customer service non existent. Websites no longer work and says IP address is invalid. It's been 6 weeks since I received an email saying my return was delivered and I still don't have my refund of over $100... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Shady shady company.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Purchased two bathing suit sets. Similar to other reports, it took them over a month to arrive from China. One bathing suit didn't fit so I emailed them asking to initiate a return. No response. Contacted them again, and surprise, heard nothing back from their customer service team. Wore the second bathing suit to a pool party recently and by the end of the day, the top had degenerated literally down to balls of cloth. I've never seen fabric peel like that ever. You're better off buying bathing suits at forever 21 or h&m that last longer than these.

Talk about a hidden gem! It's Hawaii, folks. You can buy a bikini at the drugstore! What makes Aloha Swim different (and better!) is the service. I tried on at least two dozen bottoms until we found the perfect compliment to cover my gigantic ass. The suits are great colors & patterns, and everything is sold separately so you can mix and match bottoms (I got a blue and brown top and solid brown bottoms) and get something that looks less "I need something more tropical than I brought on this vacation" and more "Oh, this old thing? I go to the beach every day!"The clothing is super cute, too. I bought two long-sleeve sweater tops (apparently the owner had a bit of confusion when purchasing items) which are PERFECT for the fall back home in Chicago. To top off a great find, we were given the Kama'aina (Hawaiian resident) discount of 20% off!

Being a bigger chested woman, I have a hard time finding bathing suit tops that fit and actually cover at other stores. One of my friends in Kailua suggested I go to this shop and loved it. I found all kinds of tops that could fit a 36 F size and larger.

Technically in Kailua, right next to Kailua Sailboards, crazy swimsuit shop. I mean, they have suits everywhere, this But be ready to pay, 'cause Barbie ain't cheap.

I had the same experience as many others with this site- I purchased 6 swimsuits and returned 5 of them and have been waiting on a refund ever since. I've sent 10+ emails to them to get no reply. Company is a FRAUD and cheated me out of over $100!!!
