We should've read the reviews before coming here. If we could give zero stars, we would. We ordered sushi, and the owner (an elderly woman who could barely speak English) took our credit card. After two families came in, she completely lost track of what she was doing. When we finally noticed she didn't return our card, she showed attitude and flat-out denied having it. She actually said it wasn't her problem, showed us the amount we were charged, and told us to call our bank and lock the card. Seriously? This is how you treat your customers? She didn't even bother to check her area behind the counter. We ended up filing a report with Pearlridge security's Lost & Found, so hopefully it shows up at some point. If not, there goes our credit card! It's honestly baffling that this business somehow managed to survive COVID. With the level of incompetence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction, it's a miracle they're still standing. How they managed to pull through this disaster of a company is beyond me. There's no reason they should have. Do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from this place. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and honestly, a complete joke.

Do not come here. It's not worth it at all.I don't remember the exact bowl I ordered, but what I received was just sad. The portion was terrible and all the empty space was filled with soggy fried Korean sides. The shrimp tempura? Soggy and 70% batter. It was like the shrimp was a tiny one that was flattened and smashed to be long but ONLY long. The "spicy ahi" was just sad and lacking. The only redeeming quality of this place is that the woman who runs it is nice.

I have no words though need to express them...Located on in Pearlridge Mall on the ground floor next to TJ Maxx which is the reason I'm at the mall and decided I needed a bite which thought that Aloha Sushi would be the place. The first thing is their menu...impressively massive! Sushi of every and any kind of combination in temaki, maki, nigiri and yes the classic bowl. What's nice also is their grab and go items right on their tiny counter and after much scanning noticed a picture of the "Spicy Ahi Cone and though that would be perfect.Out comes an aunty and I placed my order for the spicy ahi cone only to see her grab one of the 5 pieces cone sushi bento and returned to have the remaining pieces in other mixed sushi bento and got my two cone sushi to be topped with some ahi drizzled with spicy sauce, unagi sauce and topped with some tobiko for $8.I noticed on each side there were tiny seating spaces which I took advantage of one single stool to just grab that bite and it was okay no flavor if it wasn't for the sauces the vinegar from the seasoned rice took over it all and as I was disappointed of it all it did satisfy that craving. Small business works extremely hard to make it all and having sushi made this way is not what I had in mind.

Located in pearlridge by TJ Maxx. It looks like a one woman show so props to aunty! They have all the basic sushi menu items from rolls to bowls. I always judge a spot by their spicy ahi so I opted for their $15 "bowl" which comes with side of soup. It's served more as a bento with rice and a side of potato salad and fish cake. The spicy ahi was not very good. I think the fish wasn't fresh based on the texture.

This sushi place has been around for ages. We always pass by it when weee shopping at Pearlridge. I remember getting their spam rolls back when I was younger and it hit the spot. We came in today to order some of their hand rolls. We got 2 spam ($2.00 ea) and 1 spicy ahi roll ($3.00) We also got their shrimp and vegetable pancake. The food came out to us pretty quick since there wasn't anyone ordering before us. They also have 2 round tables in the store where you can dine in and enjoy your food. The hand rolls hit the spot. The spicy ahi sauce was flavorful and wasn't too spicy. Their shrimp pancake was bomb!! I wished it was hot but if still tasted great. They have a lot of items to choose from. Bowls, hand rolls, fried items and many more! So glad they are still in business.

Amazing food and even better service. The sweet lady behind the counter always takes care of us. Definitely a solid option in the mall.

Wasn't as bad as I thought! I paid $10.47. She just made it after I ordered and tastes fresh. I'd come back for a small bite. Thanks aunty!

Bruh I should've checked out the reviews before I came here I hope I don't get sick. I came here years ago and it was decent. But the fish I got today didn't look great. They also served Aloha shoyu with sushi which I didn't like. Also the girl needs to speak up when she's talking I couldn't hear a thing she was saying with her mask on.I thought she said $24.22 so I gave her $30.22...she gave me back $6.09? I asked how much was the total...then she said $24.31.This place is less than mediocre. I should've gone to Genki I wasn't thinking.

want to immediately say, that i have never had a bad experience here, contrary to what a lot of the other yelp reviews seem to be saying. the little old(er) ladies that run everything have always been really nice to me. i also ALWAYS get the spicy ahi bowl, though i see a lot of negative feedback about that dish too.its not your typical spicy ahi bowl, so if that what you want, local style spicy ahi poke bowl, this is not that. go to genki.larger chunks of ahi (which i like) with a light but flavorful sauce sit atop of small bed of field greens, which also add to the lightness of this dish. though plating looks different now, it used to come in a styrofoam bowl that had a good amount of rice at the bottom. also comes with a small scoop of potato salad! this is how i used to eat it, when it came in that bowl. pour shoyu over all the ahi. eat the ahi and the potato salad, save as much of the rice as possible. then dump the miso soup into the bowl and eat it with the leftover sauces and rice. so so good.
