I am a mobile notary public and part of my offered services are loan signings. That often requires me to FedEx documents express over to the mainland, other islands or elsewhere. As an authorized FedEx ShipCenter, Aloha Ship and Pack has been my go to for more than a handful of FedEx document drops. Their team has always been quick, efficient, friendly and professional. There have been times where there was a line but they move quickly and I'm at the counter in no time. They also offer UPS shipping, USPostal service, mailbox rental, fax and copy services, poster and banner printing, rubber stamps, business cards and more. I've always received solid customer service from everyone that works there. I needed to send out a letter envelope through UPS or FedEx so I decided to come to Aloha Ship and Pack to use their services. I got there around 2:30pm and they informed me that FedEx had already picked up packages for the day and that we would use UPS. Come to find out that UPS was a cheaper route so that worked out!The workers are so nice and friendly! It was my first time here so they made me feel really comfortable :) they're located in Mililani Shopping Center near Rajanee Thai.

So long you're a day ahead and you check their hours, this place is where you need to go to when the Post Office line is too long. Check them out and also inquire into their copy and print services. Make sure you pet the little four legged friends too!

Had to use their notary service! We walked in and were able to get it done right there on the spot. So quick and easy. I love it!

I needed to be fingerprinted for my California nursing license application and this is the only place that will provide it. The service was not too friendly, but I got what I needed at a reasonable price and eventually received my California nursing license.

I've never used this business, but my wife does often for the services they provide. I specifically on this day used Aloha Ship and Pack for notarizing a few important documents. It's a small, what looked like a family operation and we're really cordial. They were quick and even took care of a fax for one of my task. Definitely a reasonable and helpful business

Love being able to take all our shipments from UPS and post office all to one location. Always a speedy process.

I was quoted about $100 more for a package going to the mainland here than at the UPS store that was down the road a couple miles. I understand the need for profit but this is egregious.
