We have been going to Aloha Respiratory Services for years and have always had good service despite having to wait in the past to see someone.Today, however, we walked in twenty minutes early and Brad Bransford greeted us as soon as we entered the door. He asked us what we needed and led us to an office where he verified my husband's name and identity before showing us his new C-PAP machine with all the updated features. He also showed us a new face mask that is much more comfortable than the old one that made a sore across the bridge of my husband's face because it is so hard.Brad was personable and professional, witty and warm. We felt comfortable with him as if he was a friend we had known for a long time. He showed us how to use the new machine and gave us patient and thorough instructions on what to look for and how to tell if the machine was working correctly. After Brad finished setting my husband up with the C-PAP, he turned us over to Mele who efficiently got the paperwork in order and gave us contact information for the mainland office located in the state we are moving to. Two of the office girls are named Mele, and both of them are very friendly. The Mele who helped us was thorough and made sure we understood what to expect in the future. Overall, today's experience with Aloha Respiratory Services was the best experience ever. We thank Brad and his staff for doing a great job and making our time there enjoyable while ensuring we had everything we needed for a successful experience with the new C-PAP machine.

Was referred by my doctor after my health plan weren't going business with April healthcare. Place the order to resupply my Resmed unit and got within a week via UPS.

As other reviewers have stated - WORST customer service ever. Their agent offered zero help in explaining what products they had available and was annoyed when I pushed her her to get me basic information on model numbers. Given how difficult it was to get basic info on their products and services, They gave me zero confidence that they will be able to handle billing and insurance claims correctly, and follow up with me if they need anything. Will never give my business to this place

Needed to come in for a mask fitting. Staff is so friendly and helpful! The communication ordeal I experienced for previous reviews seems to be stemming from the mainland (rotech) Once you get passed the mainland being the middle man, it gets better. Thank you for helping me gain a better nights rest!

It really sucks sometimes living on an island because are hands are tied with one really crappy DME company. Aloha Respiratory is the only pediatric respiratory company in the state of Hawaii. My son has a trach and needs supplies regularly. When we first got with the company it was amazing! We would get full orders of supplies, a text any supply shortages or updates, and really good service. That whole team left and since then the company has been going down hill fast.Whenever I call for a POC no one calls me back. The first time I tried to get a POC I was told I'd get a phone call and never did. I never got any information as to what the next steps were and when it was time for our vacation we didn't have anything and they told me I had to go look for one!! Recently I called for a POC was told I'd get a call back from someone who could help me in 20 min. But 30 min went by and no call so I had to call them. We went 3 rounds of this before I actually got to speak with them!We never get our full orders of supplies we are always missing something! When the bivona trachs were recalled we didn't get any notice or update as to what happened. I went 3 quarters without a new trach and couldn't get a back order! When they are out of something we are never notified we have to inquire why we don't have what we need.They are supposed to be suppling medical children with respiratory supplies and are not capable of doing it. I've been working with two people directly with the company and they are very sweet. What they need to improve this problem is more RT's to help fill orders and communicate with customers. They don't need people with no experience, people who can't answer questions relating to supplies and just answer phones. They need people who know respiratory supplies so when you call it's not all on one person to answer questions and get back to you! When you talk to the manager they can't even answer my questions! This company needs RTs or a better training system to improve and be better.I've never written a review before. But after 4 years, something needs to change.

Aloha respiratory was a godsend. Abby was my last hope to get what I needed for my special needs daughter! Thank you Abby for taking the time to help. Brad was helpful when I came in for help as well.

I have been coordinating my husband's care for several years and was referred to Aloha Respiratory after moving back to Honolulu 8 years ago. After the move to the Koapaka St location, service related to his CPAP has improved and staff have been professional and friendly, especially Mele and Brad who go above and beyond to help solve some issues. Brad's expert advice and counsel helped make a stressful situation manageable and Mele has been a joy to work with for billing or compliance reports. Several others including the manager have been helpful. Highly recommend based on my experiences.

I called for some information on portable oxygen equipment. Abby responded to my request by providing me with several options. She went over and above what I expected, especially since they don't accept my insurance. Their customer service is excellent!

Aloha Respiratory really impressed me with their service. Laura was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of her way to arrange overnight shipping of an oximetry test for my mother, who doesn't drive. Even after we called a few times, Laura answered all our questions with patience. The package arrived with clear instructions, making it easy for my mother to use. I highly recommend their fantastic customer service.

Y'all, let me tell ya 'bout Aloha Respiratory Services. They ain't just good, they're dang great! Laura was fantastic, answering all my questions patiently and kindly. Abby and Mele also provided exceptional assistance, exemplifying their commitment to excellence, treatin' ya right from the get-go. If y'all need oxygen, ain't no better place to go.
