I love coming to this location as the workers are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of anything you can think of if you are looking for any landscaping items to purchase. My wife bought me a Maruyama Weed Whacker and I'm so happy that it makes my yard work so much easier and quicker. This place has all the replacement parts you need if you need to fix your landscaping equipment. Highly recommended.

I went there about 2 weeks ago to inquire about a leaking primer line on my shindaiwa weedeater Doug help me find the right replacement kit & inspired me to do it myself. (Mechanical handicapped) & to my amazement It went smoothly & works like brand new! Doug you're the bomb! Mahaloz again! Mike

Been using the Craftsman 25cc weed whackers forever and frustrated with the reliability. My brothers kept telling me to get a Shindaiwa, they love it... So there was a 20% off sale, I went down and found a 10 deep line to get in due to COVID. I came back and only two in line. got in Service was great, they asked how I was using it. Bought the smallest 21cc. they filled it with gas and started it up quick and easy...My turn put the choke on like he said and pulled and pulled, took off the choke and pulled and pulled...still having trouble to start it...The KILL SWITCH was on... Switched it on and one pull ... Runs great more than ample power for my yard. 5 year warranty for residential, 2 years for commercial application...

Great company great guys helps me with my repairs & sales for my house they test it out before I leave to make sure everything is running solid, service is great the workers are great to talk story with

very rude and disrespecting I ask why everything does not have prices on the equipment they told me it's in the computer I ask him if I can get print out on certain saw s than he told me everyday it changes than he told me price of what saw was that it was 99 dollars more so I told him you making you guys own prices that they swore at me three persons follow me out door of store. then awaiting at me trying to make a fight I'm not going to hurt little kids I'm going to report to the Federal better business bureau. cause if equipment is on display shelve it should by law have price.

I went in looking for a string trimmer and reminded Mike that I know him since 1993! I'm in my 70's now so I wanted something lighter than my old Shindaiwa T27. On Mikes recommendation I sold in 20 minutes on Facebook Marketplace. So cash in hand I went over to get a Husqvarna Yesterday. Mike had the patience of a Saintbecause I asked him the show me every possible brand!. You're not going to get the selection and personal service at a big box store. I've never bought my lawn equipment anywhere else and I never will. Mike and the whole team at Aloha Power are the Best! Nevermind 5 stars ... I give um 10!

They've had my weed whacker for over three months! Waiting for a part for service. Not sure why so long. Had to call them recently to get an answer. Unreal!

Terrible service since 1993 and continues on till this very day, except even worse now. I went to their store by Iwilei Costco and there was no one to greet us or ask if I needed help. I heard voices in the far back from where I entered. I looked around for 10 minutes and no one appeared. The store was completely empty and my wife and I were the only ones there and whoever the two voices belonged to which was probably their employees. I went there to buy a Maruyama string trimmer that was advertised. There were none. I have predicted in the past stores closing like Sears, KMart, and others and I have a strong feeling this one will soon follow. Now I will be headed to Home Depot to buy an Echo sting trimmer even though I could have bought one here at Aloha Power Equipment. I have a yard business still going after 31 years and I am glad I did not purchase anything except a chainsaw back in 1993. I buy a lot of equipment from Amazon and will continue hoping it will bring down bad businesses like this.

I like to give this place 5 stars because my 20 year old Shindaiwa weed eater finally gave out, so my husband and I decided to go their for a new one. After checking out several different models we ended up purchasing a Maruyama weedeater, David helped us out and and let us know about the upcoming memorial day sale but we needed the weedeater that week, he gave us a discount that helped with the cost. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later, someone stole our weedeater off our back porch. So once again, we went back to them and purchased a second weedeater from them. We told them what happened and we were given a discount on the price as well. That really helps because these things are not cheap. I can't remember the guy who helped us out on the second purchase but much mahalo to these guys.
