Aloha Play Yards

I inquired a week ago to have this company partake in my son's first birthday party and he or she said yes. I let them know that the venue needs proof of liability insurance and fast forward to today, two days before the party, he or she mentions that their driver cannot make it on time. I'm beyond annoyed and do NOT recommend any future business with this establishment. I'm assuming they don't have any liability insurance so they made up an excuse about a later start time? Regardless, no bueno!!!

Had nothing less of an amazing experience with aloha play yards they are very quick to set up and break down. Staff was very kind and really made sure all our needs were met. All in all a successful first birthday party for my nephew and I know for sure for him as well he loved it. It Was an experience I would have no problem recommending to friends and family. Mahalo to the crew here at aloha play yards. You made my nephews 1rst birthday a special one and all the kids that came were asking their parents to do the same for them on there birthday. All in all mahalo nui.

Sent an inquiry form online and didn't hear back. Texted instead and they ghosted me? Strange experience all around

I was a server for the man Costen Burns, who either works for or owns this company, at Chez bar and grill in Aiea and not only was he kicked out for his behavior but he left his 600$ tab for me, his 21 year old server to pay... i had to barrow from all my coworkers to pay it and went home in tears....i have gotten ahold of him via instagram and he blocked me! he refuses to pay his tab even after me sending receipt proof and still having his debit card that didn't work! i would never trust this man around my kids or with my money!!

Everything was on time and perfect!! Thank you for bringing the playground to my son during Covid!
