We booked our Honolulu City Tour and PearlHarbor Memorial Tour through them. So, hopefully this review will also work for the tour company that picked us up. Not sure how that worked, but it did. It was very easy to make our reservations and the location we were given instructions for our pick up was very clear. The pick up time was a little confusing since we were given 3 different times. A small inconvenience. We just showed up at the earliest time.Rob from Nui Tours was right there waiting for us. It was a small shuttle bus, but very comfortable. We were provided plenty of water and some chips. Side note to anyone doing tours anywhere. Stay hydrated. Our tour guide was very informative and gave us a lot of history about Hawaii, Pearl Harbor and several local spots. He was also entertaining. We also were well prepared by him about what to do once we got to Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor was lovely and sad and historic. The USS Arizona Memorial is a must see. Park Rangers are everywhere and answered every question you might have, from history to where the restrooms were and does anyone sell coffee.US Navy pilots the ferry to the memorial and that adds even more to the solemnity. They definitely, with the Park Rangers keep this part of the tour running smoothly.

I've taken a fair number of tours. This one highlighted more food trucks than history. Generally underwhelmed. It was an expensive tour to be given by someone with no history background.

Michael was our Tour driver and he was Amazing! So attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! Picked up in Waikīkī at the Ilikai hotel and the pickup said 7:30am but due to traffic it was more around 8am. We had a blast sightseeing and getting some knowledge of Hawaii from Michael. Highly recommend this tour! Very informative and very heartfelt!

AVOID! You can get tickets to Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial through NPS for free, yes, however, tickets are released in batches 30 days in advance and then 24 hours in advance. If you want to get a guaranteed entry, there is value in paying for a tour like this one, but NOT THIS ONE!I purchased this through Groupon and then called to book. I was told that the tour date I wanted was completely sold out, and they kindly pointed out that Groupon gave no refunds. I was placed on hold and she came back and told me that she could squeeze us in... she continued, that we had to "do her a favor". It's just a 45 min webinar that we have to watch, don't worry, not a timeshare tho! SCAM. I had the distinct honor of wasting 45 mins of my time while they tried to get me to spend thousands of dollars on a vacation package... Back to the tour, they changed the time multiple times. They told me to wait at one location and then called and asked why I was not at another. The tour bus driver was a rambling mess. This is how bad it was, after doing the Arizona Memorial we planned an emergency escape and took an Uber back. AWFUL. My ears were almost bleeding from the rambling mess of a tour guide. AVOID!!

Wow. It's different than it looks on TV but still a powerful reminder of superiority of belief/race that leads to hate, which leads to death! But a reminder of overcoming and developing a friendship with those (Japanese) that only wanted your death! Good place to think!

Really wanted to see Pearl Harbor and the Arizona, however I didn't know we needed tickets to see the Arizona in advance: they said we could try to get on standby the next day, however I didn't want to waste a day in Hawaii waiting to maybe get on a boat. Instead got to check out the main museum which had lots of cool artifacts and neat things. Really regret not purchasing anything from the store. At 4 PM was perfect time because not many people were there and an hour was plenty of time for me. Next trip I will be aware of the separate ticket for the Arizona, however it was free to enter this part of the park.

This tour is a must do. As soon as we pulled up there was a true surreal feeling. To be on these grounds is such an honor.

Beware DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY!We had a confirmed and paid tour for the Pearl Harbor tour. The tour guy at the bus was very rude! He said he did not see us on the list even tough we showed him our conformation and tickets. He would not check into it or anything, just rude. This is the reason we came to Hawaii. Thanks for ruining my our vacation! What a joke of a company! Should be 0 stars!

This is a third-party tour company. They are not affiliated with Pearl Harbor. This tour is pointless. It's $100 for basically nothing. It doesn't get you into any of the paid areas of Pearl Harbor. If you want to see the USS Missouri, you'll have to pay for that yourself. The USS Arizona is part of this tour, but the Arizona is free. You don't necessarily have to reserve in advance either. An employee at the visitors center told me they were handing out Arizona tickets that day, free, no reservation required. Could be because I was there during the off-season when they get fewer visitors, but that's what I saw. The transportation part of this tour is pointless as well. It's just a bus. You can take the city bus (TheBus) for $3. It's the number 20 bus from Waikiki. Even Uber would be cheaper.
