I paid for the rustic bar and you didn't bring it to the venue. I let you guys know as a common courtesy that if it was raining there was another bar you could use inside the Pavillion, that in no way said, don't bring the rustic bar I paid you to bring and service off of. But thanks for the response nearly 2 years later

What can I even say about this team?! They were amazing and made my wedding so magical. Shaun worked his tail off in the weeks leading up to the wedding and during setup, my husband said he was never not working hard. Steph was my girl all day and I can't even believe how amazing she was! True MVP of the wedding right there, made sure we ate and got to enjoy our wedding and didn't have to stress or worry about a single thing! This coordinating team is out of this world and my guests loved the staff and bar staff so much! Hire them, they're amazing!

Aloha on the rocks did an amazing job helping us create our signature cocktails! We brought in our own margarita and mai tai recipes (with our homemade syrups) and Aloha on the Rocks created our cocktails just like we would create if we had our guests over in our home. They were also so friendly, and professional, and received rave reviews from all of our guests. Highly, highly recommend!

During the planning of my daughter's outdoor wedding reception on the front lawn of our venue out in the country (Kaaawa), we were trying to think of ways to add little touches of ambiance to the reception that would WOW our guests and take away that feeling of a typical backyard barbeque wedding party...when they thought of having a couple of bars set-up w/a hired bartending service. And after emailing and talking to the very few bartending services that we have on our island decided to go with Aloha On The Rocks because they were the only service that had a review here on YELP!We weren't disappointed! They were a little pricey, but you pay for what you get right? And not only did they provide the ice, soda, juice & mixers, but they also brought their own tables, a tent & coolers for the ice too, (they provide everything, but the alcohol!) They also came with a full staff of at least 6-8 people that not only tended a bar set-up in our cocktail & pupu area, (which they quickly moved to the dinner area and right on schedule), but they picked up glasses, (which we rented from them), off the tables, cleared tables for us (we added this service), and also went around and made sure that our guests glasses were always filled with champagne! (And if champagne wasn't your beverage of choice...they went and got for you whatever else that you preferred.)They were all very professional, super nice & friendly, smiled through the entire event and of course tended bar like champs...making perfect drinks & concoctions! Our guests, the Bride & Groom and their huge 14 people wedding party totally enjoyed them and were super impressed! Having a bar service definitely added that little touch of ambiance & class to our outdoor wedding! It was truly a night to remember!Much Mahalos to Shaun & his "Aloha On the Rocks" gang!

We used Aloha on the Rocks to have a shave ice station at our wedding at Kualoa Ranch. Our wedding planner did most of the organization but it was really easy to book, pay and re confirm all the details. They happily brought a few extra things that we needed and were polite and friendly to all our guests. Everyone was so excited to try shave ice and it was a great addition to our wedding! Aloha On the Rocks was absolutely amazing and my wedding would not go as smooth as it did if Shaun and his team (Mike, Jake and Amber) were not there. I had arranged catering, flowers, and equipment rentals, therefore I was looking for servers only during the event. Shaun was very caring, knew a lot about these type of event, and discussed in details to get a good idea of the event. I had about 50 guests, and was providing alcohols, ice, furniture and tools. They recommend one staff per 25 guests, so I requested two servers, and one bartender. Shaun advised me to allow more preparation time, but I thought that one hour would be enough. Shaun and his team came earlier knowing that I would need more preparation time, and I did need more than an hour for set-up. Shaun was there at the beginning to help with his team setting up the event and that was a big extra help. Mike, Jake and Amber was great and I can't thank them enough. My rental company didn't bring the sternos for the chafers we rented, and we could not get in touch with rental company so we were about to just go without the sternos, but they offered to have someone bring it and we had the sternos before the event started. They were our life saver! Amber made us the plate and saved the food just in case the food runs out. She even packed us the cake so that we can freeze them and eat it a year later. Mike and Jake never had us worry about a thing, and they were really great. All three of them made sure all the items we rented are neatly packed and ready to be returned. All trashes were taken care of, and any remaining items were organized. Every details were taken care. I am so grateful that they were there and I was able to have very enjoyable wedding. I originally contacted Aloha on the Rocks about 6 months before our wedding and was really impressed by their reply and presentation. In an attempt to cut some costs, we ended up initially booking another Bar service instead. BAD MISTAKE. After lots of bad communication with the other service, we decided to cancel them and came back to Aloha on the Rocks. What made it funny was Aloha was actually less expensive after everything factored in, silly us!Danielle was more than helpful to get my booking confirmed and get us all the information we needed. After the first e-mail contact we knew we made the right choice hiring Aloha on the Rocks. After confirmation, Shaun contacted me to find out our exact needs including alcohol amounts, custom cocktails, non alcoholic beverages, glassware etc etc. He was super helpful in getting me the information not only quickly but in a pretty detailed manner! Seriously, planning a wedding from 2500 miles away by e-mail really puts this into perspective. Shaun and Danielle were AWESOME about getting back to me with all my questions.Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they arrived right on time to setup. They had everything on hand and ready to go and were up and setup in a couple hours, ready for the night ahead. All of our guests were very impressed and loved how quickly they served, even for the custom cocktails we arranged. I can't overstate that we couldn't be happier with our choice and were very happy we ended up having them at our wedding. You guys truly helped to make it unforgettable, thank you again!

Aloha on the Rocks made planning and executing our wedding cocktail hour and reception so easy, from providing quotes, updating our contract when needed, and even giving us tips on our signature cocktails. They were clear and helpful to communicate with from the start and provided all of the equipment needed - from the bar itself, to mixers and water jug setups, to tea and coffee stations. Their bartender Elaine arrived early to set up and was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The food was dissapointing. We had some beef tacos and fish catch of the day and I can say the food truck versions are even better. With your price, u can do better than this. The fries are even soggy, sorry for the bad review but I have to be honest. The only good thing was the front seat for the 4th of July fireworks!

AOTR made our dream wedding come true! As soon as we had our call with Shaun going over every detail, I knew we were in good hands. Then Steph absolutely perfectly executed our vision at the rehearsal and wedding! She went above and beyond so that my family and I didn't have to lift a finger and could really enjoy the day! The wedding went perfectly as planned thanks to her organization. The food was delicious and a big hit, too!! So grateful to AOTR for all their time, effort and professionalism!!
