This place is pretty stocked. There's everything from snacks, drinks, gas... down to food, fruits & non-edible items. It's like a mini store!

Well I guess I have to go to the Aloha Petroleum on Monsarrat for now on . This particular location whenever I pay by cash they never give me the 5cent cash discount.So tonight I decided to ask the associate why every time I pay cash you folks don't give me the cash discount she said we have to ask for it and also needed to be a Foodland Maikai member and show proof.Come on now where's the customer service the way the gas prices are so high what's 5cent gallon cheaper. I told her the Monsarrat Aloha just gives me the discount because I pay in cash . Although I'm a Foodland member as well . The associate replied I guess our location is busier and the owner is more strict . Well guess where my business is going from now on ! The rule of thumb you give your customer good customer service they will keep on coming back . Once you encounter a bad experience you'll lose a customer for life also word of mouth goes very far ‍ I'm just saying .

There's a great deal of variety of snack and other options, lots of foods and beverages!!!

Been in here several times since the Stay-@-Home Order was implemented. Just for some musubis, chips & drinks. Usually to grab some quick bites before hitting the road. I simply love the conveniency in here. Not too much crowd, cozy & almost they got some of the essentials you need along the road. It is also clean, firm & neat. Good customer service too.While reading other's review they mention how clean the bathroom is. Wish I could have at least look the bathroom's situation too! LoL.By far not a bad convenient store to drop by. Make sure if you send a young child in you check the change he or she is given. They will try to rob kids. My son went in to buy a musubi that costs $2.29. He pulled out $3 and the fat ass guy behind the counter told him $3. He gave it to him not knowing because he is young and came back out. I asked about his change and he said he didn't get any and what the guy said. I went back in and told him he never got his change and he had the "Shit I got caught" look and gave him some change right out of the register without even looking. Then we went outside and he looked and the guy gave him $.30. At this point I'm over it because the guy is a fucking loser stealing change from kids. Do not go in here. This guy should be fired but I know the place won't do shit.

I would advise this place to keep up with the times or just not use technology at all. I placed an online order for pickup, as I and my friends were driving by the area and on our way to Kailua. But when I called to confirm the order, I proceeded to receive some of the worst & rudest customer service I've experienced from any merchant.I was passed from the initial respondent to the manager, and when I asked whether the order was ready for pickup and confirmed, the manager proceeded to tell me he didn't know who I was and that I couldn't come into the store for a pickup order, although the order was placed through an online ordering app and my profile information & order history was linked. They proceeded to tell me I should not come to the store and if I wanted to purchase any merchandise I should have a delivery person to pick it up instead.The experience stood out to me, as it wasn't only what felt like a waste of time on my part, but a feeling of extreme frustration and even shame as if I had done something wrong. A very, very negative experience.

I was just confronted by the employee Richard ! Aloha island mart - you gotta educate your employees ! I was asked to leave the store with myInfant because we did not have on masks ! Asthmatics and infants are exempt from wearing masks! Please don't allow your miseducated employees to harass anymore of your patrons ! Look up the proclamation from governor IGE! This is a terrible way to have your hourly employees berate people trying to buy a bottle of water to make some formula

thay are very bad and their employees are super mean and they did not let my kid buy stuff

Like others here have said. Terrible customer service. Attendents are as rude as can be. Snacks are way overpriced and the fountain drinks are junk. Won't ever go there again. The Texaco on Kapahulu near Ala Wai Blvd. is way better. Attendents are friendly, snacks are better, has better air and water for your car. And they have Costco hot dogs and muffins. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.
