Hunter is the best Wedding DJ that I have ever met. He and his team made my wedding a fantastic experience!!I planned to have my wedding in Honolulu, Hawaii, but I live in New York and I did not know which DJ to choose. My wife found Aloha Event DJ and emailed Hunter. Hunter quickly replied and scheduled a zoom call with us. He took notes about our wedding details, our specific requests, and answered all our questions. His quick response, friendly and professionalism made us decide to choose him. When approaching our wedding date, he sent us a questionnaire to help him know more about us and our requests. We had another follow-up zoom call. Per our request, he wore a suit to our wedding, the same as the other guests. He and his team arrived early to set everything up on time. He provided not only the DJ service but also sparklers, dancing smoke, a projector for video, etc. He and his team offer a one-stop service for your wedding related to DJ, wedding dancing, etc. Our wedding was full of the mix vibes of happiness, surprises and love with the help of Hunter's DJ work. Hunter follows up, and asks how can he can help throughout the wedding planning stages. Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful. No dancing was allowed at first, until a week before the wedding. Hunter is was to adapt easily and understood what we wanted during the planning stages. Our emcee coordinated a bridal party dance off and Hunter was more then willing to meet and discuss how to coordinate there music choices. He also provided suggestions on what songs are provided during the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone planning an event! Thank you Hunter for making our day so special! Hunter is so professional, that there's even a wedding music questionnaire he provided to make sure the song selection is played to the wedding couples taste!

We had Aloha Event DJ for our music and emcee services for our wedding this past May - and we were SO glad to have Hunter as one of our vendors! We met Hunter at a wedding expo and knew he would be great to work with, even from the first meeting. Hunter is incredibly personably and helpful. He was always quick to respond and kept me on track with music and the program amidst the chaos of the rest of the wedding planning. He made several music recommendations for us, specific to our taste in music, and created a perfect atmosphere with lighting for the dancing portion of the program. He even created a customized mix for us for our first dance! He was always incredibly courteous as well, even when I made several changes to the music. It was great having him emcee so that we did not have to hire someone else for that. If in doubt, go with Aloha Event DJ! I cannot recommend Hunter enough!!

Hunter was a consummate professional from start to finish for our wedding. We trusted our initial instinct to go with Hunter because he responded to our inquiries very quickly and professionally. He rewarded our trust by staying in touch with us well ahead of the event, going over song choices for each of our important moments, and ultimately executing to perfection the day of. He worked well with our live musicians, had great instincts of when to transition, and kept the dance floor fun. We were pretty particular about our song choices for certain moments, but Hunter kept careful track of what we wanted and used his discretion very well. In addition to staying on top of the music, he was also a great emcee who kept us on-time and the focus on our family speakers throughout. Highly recommend!

Hunter was the DJ at a family wedding and his expertise in knowing what to play and when to play it, was evident. While my photo does not show us dancing, we were tearing up the tiles!

Didn't even know that it was so much work just to get a list together but he did the job perfect. He was acted as our MC which was perfect for our budget. We were so fortunate to be able to have our wedding before the pandemic hit. Hunter from Aloha Event DJ was absolutely perfect for our wedding! The music during the ceremony was exactly what we wanted. We found music we liked and Hunter was able to edit and adjust it to fit our ceremony. He did our ceremony music, set up equipment for our live entertainment during our cocktail hour, and then kept everyone out on the dancefloor all night at the reception! He was also a great emcee which was a huge relief to have and very helpful to keep our whole program moving. All of our guests raved about how much fun they had and enjoyed every moment of it! We had a GREAT time at our wedding and can't thank Hunter enough for keeping everyone on the dance floor all night! We also share a pineapple connection and love that Aloha Event DJ has one incorporated into their logo as well!

Hunter is an AMAZING DJ and MC! He was so thorough and quick to respond during the whole planning process. He is so kind and even offered helpful advice on other wedding related things! He is very organized and was on time with the reception schedule. He really kept the party going, I was dancing all night! The cold sparks and uplighting were awesome as well. At the end of the night my guests were chanting "one more song!" He also had raving reviews from my family and friends. I am so happy I booked with Hunter!
