I ordered a special order e bike from Aloha E-Bikes from the island of Maui and Henry was terrific to work with...He took the time to ship my bike to me and answered all of my questions.. I highly recommend Aloha E-Bikes

I have to admit I was skeptical at 1st. But after talking to the 2 employees I was pleased with the service. The gentleman explained everything to me about the scooters. He went out of his way to help me put it in my car. Go see them. They are great. Awesome selection of bikes n scooters.

The owner Henry is super helpful. He filled me in on many different details of electric scooters and recommended varieties that best suited my use case.He also was able to fix my E-scooter for a reasonable price, it's very cost effective.Excellent service and product knowledge, wonderfulproducts, and most important good price! Highly recommended if you are lookingfor an electric scooter.

I purchased an AEB folding bike from this business in 2020. Great and fun ride that gets me a lot of compliments but also, I bought loving the idea I could break down the bike and put it into my car. Aside from purchase, Henry and his female co-worker have assisted with any needs I had for the purchase, as well as repair when the bike wasn't working for a very reasonable price. The shop in itself is small but e wheel (rhymes with "corn") everywhere. From scooters to mountain and accessories. The size of my ebike wheel tire tube which is a 20" isn't readily available in many shops but Aloha E-Bikes has them! Henry was working on the same bike I purchased from and was upgrading it with a new fork with shocks (not available with stock version) for another rider. I wish I had taken photos !Well run small business that is worth it's weight in the "e" industry! I ride my Aloha E-Bike all around the island and love every minute it of it. The owner laughs in your face if you don't have enough to buy, I just went in to see how much most of his e bikes and scooters costed and I seen a lot of higher prices then I just asked him what's your cheapest scooter and he straight up laughs "Hahaha $1300 HAHAHA" or we have this one that's $899 but still HAHAHAHA still expensive hahahaha" i literally had 750 in cash ready to spent at his establishment but instead I went an got a NICE moped an the person who sold it to me didn't laugh in my face n make me feel like I cannot afford it. Unbelievable! I won't be coming back. Ever.

Their products are very cheap quality you're better off ordering off Amazon or any of the brand name sites. They woman is very rude and greedy, she only cares about money and not about customers at all. Also their one year warranty is a joke as it doesn't mean much as they'll still charge you for the parts for any repairs. Go else to purchase your electrical bikes and scooters.

The price is high but it's because of the lack of competition in Hawaii. The bike itself is what I wanted. It's a commuter bike for paved roads. Hawaii roads are often bumpy so it would have helped if it had shocks. Also no lights which is surprising because the display seems to indicate that they should be there. There are only two colors of red and yellow. I have the yellow one which stands out so it's a good thing for safety. Also it has two modes for power which are ped-assisted and thumb throttle. Henry was helpful getting me the right bike.

Yelp says they are open on Sundays. Tried calling to confirm but no one ever answers their phone. No general info recording either. Drove all the way over there from Waikiki. Took me 3x driving through the 3rd world parking lot to find them, only to see a sign that reads "Closed on Sundays" on their front door. I desperately wanted to purchase an e-bike. Will purchase one online instead.

This place is Awesome!! Henry and his Wife were extremely professional. Treated me excellent. My e bike purchase. I Highly recommend Aloha e bikes. 5 Stars !!!!
