Alejandro's is my go to lunch spot. They are quick, respectful and CONSISTENT.We all know it's hard as heck to find a good Mexican restaurant but this has my 5 star rating. My go to is a mexi bowl. The carne asada is so flavorful and moist. The flavor is always consistent and the portions are perfect for one person.Ample parking spot as it is a strip mall next to Ben Franklin. Ambiance is casual, there's limited seating because it's outside. I think there's a small indoor seating but I've never sat there before. They have small discounts on the weekdays for like tacos and wet burritos. I highly recommend this place, it won't disappoint!

This used to be the ramen place across of sadies (in front of Ben franklins) but now its Alejandro's third location (I think ) anyways There is a walk up window where you order your food and there are a few outside tables (Shaded) and I think around three tables inside (Airconditioned very small dining room) and its not plush or real comfy ..kind of reminds me of the outside seating of an old school drive inn but inside and airconditioned. The staff will either call you if you waiting for takeout or if you dining in we got our food brought to us....The staff was real cool and accomodating...The menu was your typical taco burrito fare.. portions was decent and prices affordable or doable...nothing is cheap with this failed economy....anyways I would definetely eat here again...fair pricing good food a cool cazh (casual) dining experience...oh and no bathrooms

Don't get me wrong, their food is great! While I don't mind paying the price when the food is good. The thing that turned me off is theprice of their drinks. $4.15 for a 20oz. (Medium) soda. I'm sorry, that is RIDICULOUS!

This place has a hole in the wall where you can order your food. Or you can go inside and order it. They have indoor and outdoor seating. You can find them in the aisle way of Ben Franklin store. They had lots of options, burritos, tacos, and bowls. Options for chicken beef, Kearny Asada, and vegetarian. I ordered the vegetarian burrito that came with rice beans, cheese, sautéed vegetables, Verde sauce and pico de gallo. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito for my husband. They have different specials for the day. The food came out really quickly. The burrito is not large, but it is filling. The service was excellent. The restaurant looked clean. I will be going back.

The Olympics; balancing multi live streams with the previous nights content. 80+ hours in an eight hours across four monitors. Barely time to get food so distance matters...1.25 miles / 5 minutes from home.In the hand, warm, girthy, hefty, yearning to release its explosive goodness. Rice, beans, carne asada, pico, sour cream and of course cheese. Your mouth ready? But four visits in:- this one has only rice on one half and all the rest of the fillings on the other.- were they trying to use up all the sour cream? Overloaded!- someone loves cheese. This one has a gram worthy cheese pull. And finally, ordered "wet", delivered in a pond of delicious Italian tomato basil sauce. Take out the burrito, add some Italian sausage and spaghetti, now were talking!Very friendly counter service from the Japanese workers.Inconsistent and doing things differently from the OG Kalihi spot but hey, it's agreeable food in a hurry and sometimes that's enough.

My first time eating here, we came for dinner. This place has an interesting system where you order outside, then go inside, and they bring your food once it's ready. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, earning the service a 9/10.After ordering, we went inside and sat down. Instead of regular dining seating, they have bench seating with bar/counter stools, which I found interesting and it wasnt that uncomfortable. The interior was nice and had a bit of a Mexican vibe. It was cool, clean, and adequately decorated. Though the place was smaller than I imagined. There is also outdoor seating available, but we preferred to sit inside. I give the ambiance and atmosphere a 7/10.We received our food quickly, within 10-15 minutes. The food was good and it surpasses some of the other Mexican restaurants in Oahu. I wished there was more onion and cilantro in my burrito, but I was satisfied. My wife was very happy with her Asada tacos. The portion sizes were generous, especially the burrito, which was quite large and offered good value for the money. I rate the food quality a 9/10.The location is convenient, with plenty of parking as it is situated in a shopping area in Pearl City. My overall experience on this first visit was positive, and I give this place a solid 9/10. I absolutely recommend it to anyone craving good Mexican food.

Good Mexican is hard to find on island & this place is no exception. Proteins were backing basic seasoning, they skimped on the onions & cilantro, and it took forever to get my order. On the positive side, the outdoor dining area is lovely & shaded, this place is conveniently located with lots of free parking, and the prices were reasonable (~$4 per taco).Overall, I would not come back. Food is pretty much what you can make at home.

This is THE place for authentic Mexican food on the island!! Street tacos are AMAZING! And they don't skimp on the meat at all! Hubby and I both got carne asada tacos with rice and beans. Delicious!! And the salsa was amazing as well!! Not too spicy but extremely flavorful!!

I've been to the Kalihi Valley Alejandro's and enjoyed my meal there but I haven't bee back because my wife didn't enjoy her meal as much as I enjoyed mine. Whenever I walk by the Pearl City Alejandro's I see that it is pretty popular so I decided to order lunch there since my wife was not with me at this time. I had a couple of beef tacos and was pleasantly surprised that these 2 tacos were decent sized and was filled with a generous amount of filling. It was mostly all meat and a little chopped onions and cilantro. There was no way to eat this taco without the beef spilling out. The hot sauce made it for me and the whole package was delicious. The beef looked like unseasoned ground beef but it was actually pretty flavorful. I will be returning to try their burritos and, of course, that delicious hot sauce that they provide. This place is a winner.
