Birthday Party Must // Talk about taking a huge load of stress off my plate for my birthday party needs. My littles are always requesting bouncy house fun during their parties and Alaka'i Rentals makes everything so easy. From booking service help, answering any & all of my questions , to day of communication with drop off & pick up , every bit of my experience was so wonderful ! Also , they were very great about informing us of any safety information needed for our rental , I greatly appreciated it , safety is always important :)A huge mahalo to the crew of Alaka'i rentals !

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this comoany and will never use them again (and advise you not to as well). They lied to me over the phone, provide old and unstable products, and has a the worst​ customer service. We had an event this past weekend at Kapiolani Regional Park and ordered (2) tent packages, a jump house, generator, tables and chairs totalling over $1,800.One tent fly off the frame less than an hour into the event. They said they would come put it back up, which they never did. The second tent collapsed on my clients and their belongings.With 3 hours left into my event, both tents were absolutely unusable. I have been planning this event for months and most of my time went to chasing down tents, saving my clients from being crushed underneath them, and contacting them to come replace the tents (which they never did).I get not being refunded, but a discount would have been nice after going through all the troubles. Not only did they say they would give a discount, they informed me that I am lucky they don't charge ME for the broken equipment.I host this event bi-annually and the simple solution is that I won't be using them anymore...simple as that!

Had a wonderful party with Alalka'i Rentals. Everything on time, staff great to work with. Used them more than twice with no issues. I recommend them for your party needs.

UPDATE!!!THEY REACHED OUT, ONLY TO BLACKMAIL ME!!!!!!I tried to give them grace after this email(pictured below) I tried calling them, I tried emailing them, i tried texting them, but nothing! I warned them that I was gonna expose them, but either they don't care of they didn't think I was capable of it? no idea. I still haven't received a response from them. And it is now time to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank for a fraudulent charge.If you check the BBB reports, you will find that I am not the only costumer they have done this to, so PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND COMPLETELY GHOST YOU!

Alaka'i Party Rentals accommodated our day-of request for tables and chairs no problem! Their staff communicated well to make sure we got what we needed and everything turned out well.

I rented from them on multiple occasions and they're were always so prompt. Service was great each time. Prices are also affordable. A good company to go with if you need party rentals!

When I was planning my 1st borns party I went with this company for rentals but had to cancel the event months prior due to some family stuff and they refunded me everything but the deposit (I paid in full) and their communication throughout everything was great. So when it came to planning my 2nd borns party I decided to go with them again and was very satisfied! Communication through it all was great. I ordered a tent, tables, chairs, & a bouncy castle, everything came on time in the morning and they came a little late for delivery but that was fine cause they communicated that + they're driving all over for other events so we didn't care, we was just chillen given that the park (kualoa) didn't close til 7pm & our party ended at 4:30pm I believe (they came not too long after) Fast forward we're planning our wedding now and will going with them again and have no doubt they'll do great. Already booked our things & of course their communication is always on it.

Alaka`i Rentals is our go-to here at the Club They have a wonderful selection of fun party rentals to choose from and their customer service is great- we usually work with Jay and he is excellent. Highly recommend for any party you are throwing!

Alakai'i was great to work with.They made the process super easy and the guys who set up and broke down the bouncy houses were very helpfu.
